God forbid you try to exchange a gift (kid shoes) for the next size up without the receipt, you dont have because it was a GIFT, tried to exchange my kids size 7 gift shoes for a size 8 of the same exact shoe. Couldnt because of no reciept, that I didnt have, hence gift, so now my kid sees these shoes that she cant even wear because they dont fit her

Upon walking into this establishment you can immediately smell mold throughout the ENTIRE store; This is extremely dangerous for the customers and employees alike. PLEASE for the health of ALL, have an inspector confirm my claim.

Nice friendly staff. I love the manager there she's polite, courteous, and very friendly. I quit going to Watson bc the manager is kind of cold. It's my favorite Family Dollar to visit.

Very bad customer service. I visited this location this morning 1/20 and one of the workers whom I was told by the assistant manager that this person was the store manager. She was very rude to customers. Complaining about customers entering and exiting the door saying it was cold outside. I will be contacting the crop office concerning this matter DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION

Wish I could give zero stars, but not an option. Ran in today to purchase some balloons, but they didn't have the kind I needed. I politely thank the lady for checking and told her I would go somewhere else to get what I needed. As I headed across the parking lot I was called back into the store by another customer. As I walk back in several people are standing at the front of the store now and everyone is gawking at me. The cashier stands there puts her finger on her lip and says hmm interesting. I'm still trying to figure out what's going on and I realize that she apparently thinks I've stolen something. I immediately hold open my purse and show her that I have not and would not steal things. Believe me I could buy anything I wanted in this store. I have plenty of money. She did this even in front of my kids whom immediately came to my defense saying my mommy doesn't steal. She finally said I could leave and that maybe the metal magnet on my purse had set it off. I left in tears and was horribly humiliated. I'll never spend another dime in this store again. Ever.

The hours are apparently incorrectly posted. They say they close at 10 but when I tried to go in at 8:45 they already had it locked up and were counting down registers. Made eye contact with an employee who continued to ignore me and said nothing. Kind of see why your business is struggling.

Tried to swap an item that costs $1.50, had just gotten the wrong one. Didn't have receipt, didn't want refund just a swap for correct item. Wouldn't let me do it. Fine, it's only $1.50 I'll just buy another one. Girl told me I had to leave my item I came in with, with her. I said I'm not stealing anything I'm going to get another one to buy and you see what I have. She said " I don't know that you won't steal anything." In front of other customers. Won't be returning and will be filing a complaint through corporate.

Coke products are labeled on sale but since they do not ring up that way the associate says they can't change it and also my $5 off coupon, that says nothing in the fine print about Sat, also does not work. Expiration says 3/8. Still no help from the associate. We returned our items to the shelf and went to Walmart.

Make sure you check your labels/expiration dates! Purchased something 4/26/2025 that expired 1/1/2025. Didn't have my receipt but did have the card that I made the purchase with, and they still refused the exchange or refund. I get we should check the expiration dates ourselves, so that's definitely my fault. But my question is, how is something on the shelves 3 almost 4 months past the expiration date... wish I had taken a photo before handing it to the clerk to throw it in the trash.

Horrible experience today at this particular location and it all stems from the extremely poor customer service that the employees have & not to mention nobody is ever at the register when it’s time to check out. Then when you notify them that you are ready, they get an attitude and mosey to the register as if you are a bother…Do Better Family Dollar!

Was greeted as I walked in the door, was asked if I found everything that I needed, and had a smiling employee at the register - what a refreshing experience ! Thank you Trey and the other two lafies who were helpful- keep up the good work & positive attitudes!
