Only 1 person working, long, long lines, took my business to Walmart, not their fault,,, but still need to have more ppl working, unfortunately there are many jobs out there, and ppl,just DON'T WANT TO WORK????

While they have a huge selection of items, Family Dollar is one of the few places I can find size 4x clothes for my son. Unfortunelty this one did not have that size.

Manager had an attitude and threaten to refuse any future returns if I didn't package my return neatly. He stated he have to resell the item. I'm like really? Usually returns are sold to third party companies and auction off. How are you trying to resell an item I opened in my house during a pandemic?

Very rude. "Did you look at the price tag? I know all the prices in the store because I put them up." Okay sir. I don't think that is the correct way to talk to a customer. I worked in retail like this, I know. If I could give a rating less than 1 star, I would.

Place is new. But a mess. Long wait in line 3 or 4 ppl working but no one hops on a register to help out. Although the ppl are very friendly, still I think they should be and could be doing a much better job.

This is my favorite Family Dollar in Lowell. It's always stocked and clean. I buy all my household items here. I clip the smart coupons before every visit and save an average of $9- $10 every trip.

I love coming here to find that the store has closed ~20-30 minutes early. Has happened a few times now.

Not even 1 star. Extremely rude 2x I have been here. Public bathroom my 4 yr old was told she couldn't use even though we were shoppers. As well as checking out checkout guy was on phone the whole time. Middlesex st is so much better.

Good prices on most things but not everything. Birthday cards for one dollar without tax and they are nice cards with good designs and good wording!!!! Other cards for $2-3. Balloons for good prices too. Cheaper than a lot of places. Lots of stuff from cleaners to car stuff to rugs to electrical.

This is an awesome place with good stuff cheap, like a large gift bag for $2, where you cannot find any place else. Love it ❤
