This store is usually short handed in staff. 90% of the time I go there for b something there are boxes on merchandise that needs to be put in shelves stacked in the isles. They are constantly running out of products that are on sale, which I feel they should order more of items that are placed in their ads since they know ahead of time what is going in ad

Customer service is ok..... Expect to get in a long line. They have two registers but mostly only one cashier. Then either they can only take cash and no cards or only cards and no cash lmfao. Something is always wrong with their system......I don't recommend going here

Great day wasn't busy, more stocking would be great. And more check outs & of course clears. These clerks kept rolling no wait.. 5 star day!!! What is going on? There is a note on the door saying they r closed will they reopen? Is this temp. Or what? This is where l buy my food. What's going on?

The cashier was awesome, incredibly friendly, personable and helpful... She was the highlight of the trip. To me everything in the store is crazy overpriced, same stuff you can pick up at the Dollar Tree but twice the price.

It's local. Has just about everything you need. Prices are high for a dollar store. Lower your prices. Service is friendly and professional. One young black girl stuck out. She appears to be very angry. "Good morning" was always dry. Never smile, just a terrible attitude. But in spite of , 4 🌟s from me.

Long Lines and customer service is not good at all. The employees made my shoping experience a negative one as well as for other customers in the store. Hardy an employee at the time was not helping the long lines he was just standing at cash register, talking. While employee Celeste was helping customers alone. Many customer left the store and asked for Hardys name and store address because of the bad customer service he and other employees provided. It is very obvious that customer service is not a priority at this store. Family Dollar we can do better.

great store the Manger work hard to keep the store supplied well but the works need to apply them self a little but they spend most of the time being list prevention workers but they do the best they can I think should hire guards for front door and some time the line is lone put its always training new employees .

This family Dollar isn't the best place to shop, but it is definitely not the worst either. They have good deals, somewhat clean isles, and ok customer service. It is better then Dollar General on Alpine, that's for sure! They do not have a big selection of fresh or frozen food items, but they do have a little bit of everything. From clothes, shoes, to toilet paper, dog food, and grocery items. You name it and they prob have it. Just keep in mind they may have everything, but not a variety. Meaning, if you want a certain brand in a certain item they prob will only have one brand to choose from. Don't expect to get Ben and Jerry's you might get lucky and get crystal ice cream in vanilla or chocolate only. I myself like variations more then one brand to choose from. Other then that and the parking being awful in the front of the store. The store in general isn't that bad.

Long wait in line. For having only 2 registers, most of the time only 1 is open. Otherwise, the store has great deals. I've been shopping at this store since they open. Never had a single problem, until recently. I had just purchase my item's, as I was walking outside the parking lot, I was stop by one of the staff from the store. I was asked: Did you pay for that? I was shocked! & the worse part was he had confronted me from afar! Yup, everyone heard from the parking lot! I was so embarrassed.

Good store. Very nice and helpful staff. Lots of stuff on sale. As anywhere, buyer beware. Good prices on housewares, cosmetics, cleaning supplies, canned goods and snack items. Do have lots of stuff for a dollar but other stuff is not. Dairy is best at a grocery store. Good price on smokes. Wish they had a rewards program. Overall I do most of my shopping there. I'll keep coming back.

Excellent location with great deals and nice well stocked store. Friendly and helpful staff. Amazing 50% off deals on the toys and games. Essential items in stock and available at a great price. Fresh food items available for purchase. Social distancing definitely practiced at this location! Highly recommend this location for a shopping trip!

It is super convenient, always has what we need minus the Lactaid Milk- which they dont stock enough of- but other than that- workers are great, they greet u when u walk in.

Love this store. I go there because the store manager, Rachel is a beautiful woman and I can't get enough of seeing her. Everyone that works there is courteous, helpful and polite. But I go there almost every day to hopefully see Rachel. I know right......

I walked around for 20 minutes looking for hotdogs buns...I actually thought a customer worked there and we both eventually found the hotdog buns. The one staff that could have help, thought it would be better to watch the door for shoplifters. So my question would be..if I helped other customers should I get the employees pay?

The Family Dollar on Harding Way is a bit of a mixed experience. While the staff has always been helpful and quick to assist when I needed help finding items, the store itself could use some improvements. The aisles are often cluttered, which makes navigation—especially for those with mobility needs—difficult and not fully ADA-accessible. Additionally, the presence of loiterers outside the store, sometimes sitting curbside, creates an unwelcoming and occasionally unsafe environment, especially concerning given the school located just across the street. With better upkeep and exterior management, this location could be much more inviting.

I bought some knock off cheez itz on July 6, 202024 and I tossed the receipt, however the next day I ate a couple thinking it tasted so bad. When I looked at the date it expired March 28, 2024 making it on the shelf 4 months past expiration date. I tried returning the item without receipt, but they said they couldn’t, so I was stuck with my expired cheez itz lol 😆 when I told the lead about it he checked the aisle and took all of the expired boxes and threw them away. The frontiers faced the boxes perfectly, and there were at least 6 boxes that were expired . Moral of the store check the boxes and keep your receipt don’t be like me haha
