Updated: this very same day they ruined my new aftermarket Audi rims! I called within days (it rained right after my wash so I didn’t notice the damage until a day or so later but it had been parked safely all weekend at my home) It took over a month of multiple phone calls, messages, and visits and I never heard back. I finally stopped by at the right time and was able to speak to the owner. Of course he denied his machines could even damage my rims and of course after 30 days the cameras delete the footage. How convenient and exactly what I knew was going to happen. His suggestion was to call a rim repair shop and get it ‘touched up’. Unfortunately you can’t ‘touch up’ a powder coated rim. As a business owner myself, I would have taken way better care of my regular customer. Especially with the many other options we have. Damn shame. ••I actually forgot I had posted the original review and hadn’t come back to update it. •• Great staff! They always do a great job on my dark charcoal Audi… mindful of my after market rims … and making sure they get all those pesky water drips

I went here as a recommendation from a friend. I paid a good amount to get it cleaned with add-ons. First off, they were a bit quick finishing the car. I thought cool, they are ontop of it. I did think it was a little odd that I gave them my car to clean way later than the other customers and it was done before them. As I was driving away, I noticed there was a lot of dirt still on the windows and the floor matts that I paid to get washed were half hazardly put back. When I got home I checked it over fully and they had clearly missed the whole top of the car (small suv). They didn't touch the trunk floor matt. I had to go through and clean up all the spots they missed. Which took several cloths. Some of the spots were easy enough to clean with a swipe, which was very concerning. Others, I had to rub a good deal. Some of those weren't there before I gave it to them. All in all it was a very poor job, especially with the services requested and paid for. Unfortunately, I took the picture after I started cleaning a bit.

Great place to get my car washed, I always come here for a wash and interior detailing to keep my car sparkling clean and they do an amazing job! The staff is super professional and kind and I know I’m getting the best service! Definitely give it a try :)

I have been coming here for years. I buy their Premium deal passes and have always been happy with the results. Today my husband took his car in and I was extremely upset when I saw it afterwards. The carpeting wasn’t vacuumed, the console wasn’t wiped down nor were the doors and there was visible dirt that easily cleaned off ( as I spent an hour cleaning the car’s interior when he got home). The exterior was even worse. There were grease-like smudges all over the fender, beneath the trunk lid and a door. I was able to remove them with a towel, easily. None of the hubcaps had been cleaned. My card if for Premium washes (36.00??) and I have never been so disappointed. I will not be going back

I always come here for a car wash and for some reason today they did not vacuum a couple of spots in my car. I just don’t understand why I paid $40.99 and not get my whole car vacuumed. I’m 100% sure the service is included for vacuuming my car. This is the first time it happened, but I’m just not understanding. I called to let them know, but all they can tell me is I can come back and have them vacuum, but why would I when I don’t even have time to keep driving back and forth when I live 20 mins away? That’s just me wasting gas when you guys should have done your job correctly in the first place….

Turbo shine terminated my account, because of over friendly with staff. Fairway is much better, unlimited washes that I need i live buy a dirt/ gravel road and my windows and paint get dirty quicker.

Used to be good! I used to go here a lot when I first moved up and they opened brand new. Service was top notch and for 30 bucks you get your outside washed immaculately and the insides wiped down and windows. Now it's 40 something bucks for outside inside and I paid an extra 20 bucks for leather conditioner and the intake guy said this will be super clean like new. It's a 2018 vehicle so I splurged for the wife and they didn't even vacuum the back seat let alone treatment! I understand there's a moveable booster seat which was not buckled down but com'on! Obviously they didn't even care to touch the middle console or rear view mirror shown on pic. Outside top of roof had smudges that I had to take a napkin to which easily came off. And the inside seems like they used an old rag that left more dust then clean! Don't get me wrong, the two stars is for the nice guys working outside. But nice doesn't cut it if you can't do the work you're paid to do. And the cashier can smile a little cause your only job is to take my money.

We brought our car in for a simple wash, and they ended up ruining the tint on the passenger -side window. There’s now a large, obvious scratch that wasn’t there before. The tint was in perfect condition before the wash, and now it looks terrible. We pointed it out right away, and they didn’t offer any real apology or take accountability. No compensation, no effort to make things right. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for a service and end up with damage that will now cost us more to fix. If you care about your car, especially if you have tinted windows, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else. This place was careless and unprofessional.

There was a coupon online at their website for full service wash for $24.99. They rang it up as $29.99. When I talked to the girl inside she said ‘that’s not our website’. I said really .. has your address and phone number. That’s not our website . Uh yea it is then she started touching my phone and typing and said there’s our website . Huh ? How many websites u have?? So after she charged me the full $29.99 price she said . You can come in in Senior day and get a discount. Really? That’s your answer? Been coming here for years , but won’t come anymore. . She was very rude and condescending to me. Go pound sound fairway car wash . You suck .

I am not the kind of person to consistently leave negative reviews, but I was disappointed in the work done on my truck. I recognize that jeeps are more difficult to clean the exterior, but there are areas that were ignored completely. Even after I was upsold the 59 dollar package, and I tipped well. I don't expect the truck bed to be cleaned, but the rails were untouched. That isn't acceptable IMO. I can't recommend.

Got a hand wash detail done today. These guys are great. Friendly and professional. I wanted to surprise my hubby and he is very particular about the rims. I mentioned this to them and they took very good care of my baby. They have many options that don't have you go through the drive through wash if you want to get a great hand wash instead.

Took my car here to get it cleaned while in town for the weekend. Their prices are high, but based on the Google reviews I expected it would be worth it. NOT the case. The vacuuming was less than thorough. And they didn't even clean the brake dust/road grime from the corners of the rims.

Used to be a really good place on the past. Unfortunately, the quality start went down and I was about two months without taking my car up there to wash I took my truck this week. I asked the guy to do a really nice work on the inside I paid $250 For shampoo and everything I even told the guy don’t worry about outside all I’m looking for. It’s a nice clean on the inside and I’m really disappointed definitely was my last experience I will not going back anymore waste of money and time.

They got all the bug-splatter, That's Impressive I'm afraid that my less than stellar experience at the next door Fairway Express Lube, may have slightly soured my opinion of the Fairway Car Wash. This place is clean, as if it, itself had been run through the wash. It looks almost new. The Service Rep tried to up-sell me on additional cleaning services, but I had already paid for more than I wanted. The service was not fast, took about 20 minutes. But I will give them a congrats on thoroughness. The interior was the cleanest I've seen it in after many washes at Silicon Valley shops. The attention to detail on washing and drying, is to be applauded as well. They got all the bug-splatter, That's Impressive. Inside the lounge and store, all is serene and clean. The Cashier seemed bored. It was a decent place and I would go again, but if the business practices of the neighboring Lube shop impede on my ideals again, I think I might just avoid this place in the future. It is if nothing else convenient and well stocked with functionality.

I took my 2023 Nissan Armada to Fairway Car Wash for an interior detail after a family trip to Lake Tahoe. Upon being checked in by the elder gentleman with the straw hat, I explained to him that I wanted my carpet’s shampooed, floor mats pressure washed, and interior trim detailed. Of course he suggested the top of the line service at $198.00, but I declined and then he offered the next service option at $100, which was essentially the same thing minus the seats being wiped. He said the carpets would be shampooed and the interior would smell fresh. Approximately an hour and thirty minutes later I return to claim my vehicle. Upon inspecting the interior, I noticed the floor mats were still caked with dirt and mud, the carpets weren’t properly vacuumed not to mention shampooed, and there wasn’t even a fresh scent as promised by the the man in the straw hat. I pointed out the deficiencies and asked for the interior to be redone. The manager agreed and said that he would take the car back to detail and have them redo it. Approximately 10 minutes later, he returns with my vehicle, and upon further inspection, the only thing that was done was a re-vacuum, and my floor mats were saturated in armor all giving them the appearance that they were pressure washed and clean. Bottom line is I paid $100 to have a $9.99 car wash which is totally unacceptable. If you are taking your vehicle to Fairway car wash in Roseville, use caution especially if having your car detailed because in this particular instance, I got completely ripped off. Upon arriving at home I had to rinse my floor mats because they were super slippery and upon doing so noticed the amount of dirt which was coming off of the mats establishing that they weren’t even properly cleaned by the folks over at Fairway car Wash. I’m totally disappointed and will certainly not be bringing any of my vehicles back. I will definitely be putting my experience on blast by anyone who ask. Don’t use this car wash as there are so many other options that will do a much better job and give you your moneys worth of services.

I have been coming to Fairway Car Wash for the past 15 years! My cars always look amazing when I leave. I love how they fully clean the interior and exterior while I hang out in their nice waiting room or at the outside tables. They always do a fantastic and amazing job. Always super clean. I have been to a few separate nearby places over the years and this place is honestly the absolute best!
