These guys do a great job on both our vehicles always but we’re a lot happier when we see Beau and/or Seve working. You should let them write your training manuals because we NEVER have to worry that things get missed or having them done halfway. They are the epitome of getting the vehicles cleaned right! What ever you’re paying them, double it and it won’t be enough! Keep up the great work!!

Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The set up for the vacuum stations is not ideal. It’s really spread out, lots of the vacuums didn’t work. It’s also hard to find cleaning cloths. They also only had two bottles of cleaning solution for several vacuum stations.

First time trial, luckily I had a coupon because it wouldn’t be worth the price. Windows were left half dirty with marks from the spinning cleaners (see pictures). I had to hand clean myself after I got home due to how much dirt was left - my car was moderately dirty from ice melt upon arrival, nothing a better system shouldn’t have been able to handle. Was supposed to have full service, but as it was my first time did not understand how that worked and have learned only in reading reviews. As I exited three young men were standing there and goofing off rather than directing so I missed that second half completely. Also had to was more than 5 minutes (first in line) for the cashier who was helping the non cashier side due to all machines apparently being broken.

This place is awesome! I came here because I had a coupon for a free “full basic service wash” and was not expecting a full service complex. I liked how they had employees at every station who were all so nice. They have people to dry off your car after the car wash and then you can get your car detailed and get the interior cleaned. They have a lobby to hang out in while you wait, as well as benches and tables outside. They also have tons of food and drinks!!! Such a cool place!

I think some people are confused. This is a full service complex. Car wash, car detail, oil change, fuel, food. If you want a cheap car wash, they have that option, but the vacuums are for the full service option. The people working here use them to clean the cars that paid for that service. I’ve been here twice and the car wash and interior cleaning has been great. My pet peeve is glass and mirrors, and they’ve been perfect. My vehicle is cleaned to the point that I feel my $40ish payment is well spent. Clean enough to take the crew around for the weekend even to a nice place for dinner. If the service stays at this level, I don’t see why I’d go anywhere else. I’ll try the full detail next and see how that goes :)

The customer service was good. Good communication but the actual service was okay. I noticed my trunk didn't get cleaned at all minus having the mat vacuumed. My windows only some got clean. I felt like I could have gone to the car wash cleaned everything myself better. I noticed my leather is drying out and cracking a couple days after as well.

I forgot to take updated photos but I just recently went back and they made it right. The service was incredible and everyone was still so nice. My clean freak daughter even asked if they could touch up a certain place and the sweet girl smiled and did as asked, I apologized since nothings ever clean enough for my girl even when she does it herself and we laughed together. Highly 10/10 recommend! We just visited today 2/11/24 and waited for about 45 minutes for our SUV to be cleaned. It really needed to be vacuumed out and wiped down. They did a pretty decent job with the vacuuming part but you can definitely tell they didn’t do their best to wipe down the one thing that’s most noticeable which just so happens to be the steering wheel. My friend comes here often and is always so impressed with them so I thought I’d give it a shot but next time I’ll let my daughter clean it out and just pay her the $35.

Guys were super friendly and very nice. They did a good job and I would have left 5 stars. I’ve been going here for 2 years and actually drive from salt lake downtown and today the price tripled. I told them what I had been paying and he said he didn’t understand that and the price he quoted was the price. When finished he walked me to cash register and told the young man what to charge me and he pulled out their little laminated menu and said a price significantly lower than what i was told and the first guy said oh that’s wrong. I paid and still left a generous tip but I hate being taken advantage of and I dislike dishonesty so that’s why I’m leaving a 1 star.

***UPDATE- Thank you, C., for reaching out and getting this taken care of. The service today was excellent and what we normally expect from Fabulous Freddy’s. I’ve posted updated photos below as well. We have had great experiences at another location of Fabulous Freddy’s, but we’re really disappointed with the results here in Lehi. Our “after” pics look more like “before.” Maybe it was because our appointment was in the evening and the tech wanted to just go home, but besides the windows and dash everything else seemed about half done. We don’t believe the seats or floor mats were shampooed at all, and you would expect that with a full interior at that price point. We’ll make sure to go back to the other location next time for sure.

Literally the best car wash in existence. Super friendly people that do their work with a smile, great value for the price, and they have a TOUCHLESS wash option if you care about your paint. Cool environment too with wayyy better sandwiches than most of the restaurants in there area. This is by far the best option to keep your car looking right if you’re not looking to pay hundreds of dollars for a professional detailer to come out to your house. Highly recommend :)

I had the worst experience here today. I waited 2 hours while they “cleaned” my car for me to come out to it the same exact way. I paid for the $99 dash and door cleaning with seat cleaning. Horrible service

I paid for interior and exterior clean and nothing was really wiped down or vacuumed on the inside. I’m not sure what took 50+ minutes. I also specifically asked for them to vaccum my trunk and they said they would and they didn’t. Very disappointed as I could have done a better job myself.

I was a bit disappointed with my visit today, as the service didn’t quite meet the usual high standards I’ve come to expect here. I paid for the interior and exterior wash, which included a wipe down and tire shine, but the tire shine wasn’t applied, the wheels weren’t wiped down, and a few spots on the side panels and mirrors were missed. I had already tipped generously before noticing these issues once I got home. That said, the team here is always friendly and professional, and this has consistently been one of my favorite places for a quality car wash, detailing, and even grabbing some great snacks and drinks. I’m hoping this was just an off day, and I’ll definitely give them another chance.
