It is not what it used to be under former ownership. I won’t go through the car wash anymore. Went to fill up with air and I think the air in my tire filled up their air tank.second time it happened. First time thought it was a fluke. And yes I know how to fill up tires.

I pay for the monthly wash pass.... what a joke. Place is closed more than open. A little rain, they close. Don't offer a monthly pass if you aren't going to stay open. Just because it is raining out doesn't mean people don't want to wash their car, it gets mud and salt off. Also I have tried buying ice cream here 3 times. Each time I get home and go to eat it and it's like it has melted 3 or 4 times before I purchased it, horrible. The management needs to bring this place back to what it used to be.

When this place changed ownership a few years back their car wash left a three panel scratch on my wife’s new explorer. They gave me $100 for the damage which was laughable but I knew it was that or nothing. Stopped In yesterday for the first time since, only because I desperately needed to fuel up. If you want to see what a few years of neglect can do to a property you should visit this place. It’s really sad. I grew up down the street and frequented this store since it was built. Both previous owners had pride of ownership and it showed. Just another example of an established local (Depew) family business ran into the ground by out of towners who care nothing about the neighborhood they do business out of.

This morning trying to pump gas. The screen would not work. I tried to hit no for debit card a few times. Not sure what the person inside was doing. I had to change pumps. I still gad to enter my pin instead of using credit. Update need to pumps they are the worse. Why did the new owners drive this place to the ground. No response from this place about there was pumps. Goes to show you they don't care. There in it for the money. Boycott this place
