Today I went for an oil change and when they started checking lights and such I let the technician know that I already have a replacement brake light bulb. The rudest interaction i’ve ever had. I just bought a used truck brought it in to have the brakes adjusted and was immediately questioned on Why I did anything to the brakes and I needed to quit assuming what was wrong instead pay some $75 dollar diagnostic fee and then have them then do whatever. Like I said I just bought the truck and was treated like i was incompetent and had messed the vehicle up. Do not recommend will not go back.

I recently visited express for a routine oil change and was really impressed with the experience. From the moment I pulled in, the staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. They explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell me on services I didn’t need. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the service was quicker than I expected. Prices were fair, and they even checked my tire pressure and topped off fluids at no extra cost. It’s refreshing to find a place that values honesty and customer service. I recently purchased a used car from Carmax, and they agreed to fix a couple of things on the car, per the 90 day warranty. After a mix-up at the dealership regarding an appointment to fix the car Carmax sent me to Express Oil. I needed a part from the manufacturer for the car and the manufacturer sent the wrong part the first time. I will say the car is fixed, parts replaced and the staff at Express Oil were all very professional and helpful in resolving my issue with the car.
