Why people are so quick to complain but never quick to compliment is seriously unfair, selfish and nothing more than ignorant! If your wash was excellent would you have left a 5 star review? I’m guessing no! Complaining people only complain! This car wash is the best! When I first moved to Thomaston more than 5 years ago I actually worked for this car wash p/t for a short time and I’m telling you from first hand experience that they do it right! They use the best chemicals and do not dilute them like many places do and they keep the property clean and functioning! I used a self service car wash in E. Hartford last week and the bays were disgusting and the property was full of trash and broken equipment! We are lucky to have this facility tended to as it is everyday! Now, to the complainants referencing the automatic “ TOUCH-LESS” car wash….I agree it’s not the best car wash but keep in mind it is touch less and designed to clean your car off not detail it completely! If you want a super cleaning then have it professionally detailed for $150+, pay $20+ at the bigger drive through car washes or, and here’s a thought, actually get your lazy complaining body’s out of your vehicles and do it yourself! I average $6-$7 per wash in the bays and it’s done right. Don’t blame these hard working people for a bad wash. Actually, nothing touch less will clean a vehicle perfectly, doesn’t take brains to figure that out, so perhaps try something or somewhere else. Try complementing people more you’ll live longer!

A bag of tools was taken out of the back of my vehicle. I went back over a weeks later when I realized they were missing. They thought the bag was theirs, total BS. Then they tried to give me their old beat up drill instead of my brand new one. Unfortunately I won’t be giving them my business, they still have a couple tools they said they couldn’t find, said they would call when they did. Never called.

Be careful Will rip you off. I know alot of people like this place and I used to like it but all I will tell you this one guy very shady and arrogant. Paid for a saphire cleaning and told me washing the bed of my truck not included after spending $75, left it dirty. Have a mid sized truck and he cant spray water and clean it properly. He argued with me for 10 minutes telling me its not included and its extra. Charges for a full size Pick up truck and I had a small mid sized truck and cant clean the bed? Refused to clean it and I bring him around 8 - 10 cars per month to be cleaned (he still didnt care, what a fool and poor business person. He just lost all this business b/c his ego got in the way of doing something so simple. They have a kid running this business that doesnt know how to treat customers when a customer asks about taking care of an issue that was so simple to correct. Mark, S

I purchased a gold wash at 30 dollars, which is the highest non detailing/ center console & vacuum interior option and very happy with the wash. Took about 20 minutes but everything included in the wash was well clean and good service. Only critique is there’s no lobby to chill while the car gets clean so you stay in the car and only exit when the staff is vacuuming but other exceptional service other wise.

I dropped my car off to get detailed. My mistake for not asking the price, I figured 100-200$. When I picked the car up I was told 350$. I tried to ask him about it and was told "You gotta ask." The lack of communication and then telling me I should have asked is very unprofessional if you ask me. To top it off it's one of the worst detail jobs I have ever seen. The door frames were not done, there is dirt on all the floor mats and parts of the leather look untouched. I will never go there again.
