This review is based on customer service. My car wash is still in progress. When I arrived, the person who came to greet me was very nice. I was transparent about my time constraints for service and was told it would take 50 minutes... I’m currently 70 min in and it looks like my car is a long ways from being ready. I’m someone who believes in under promising and over delivering. Not the other way around. I wouldn’t have been put off if I was told up front that the service would take 90 minutes. I just would have chosen a different service.

I've been using this place for a couple of years as nd I've had no complaints about their service. They take time and attention in cleaning your vehicle and the results show it. Yes they are a little bit more expensive but to me, it's worth it.

The most overpriced car wash in Southbay. They even change the price depending on their mood. My small Chevy cost $45 plus tip is ridiculous. Sometimes they charge $40 sometimes $45.

Paid $40 plus tip to get car scratched and streaks all over my front window. When I confronted them about the scratches they gave me the run around about how they didn’t do it and they were there before. The car in question is less than three weeks old. They said there is nothing they can do but give me a discount for my next wash, like I’d come back after this incident.

Today is January 15, 2025. I went to the car wash with my friend today. The gentleman young boy that helped me was so sweet so kind with the extra mile to make sure that my car was extra extra clean. Made sure that my car smelled good inside making it sure that the car was shiny brand new like if the car was detailed. They also do detailing her as well. I had a fantastic experience at this car wash! The fact that it's 100% hand wash with no machines or harsh bristles on your paint is a huge plus. They're incredibly fast and efficient, and the quality of their work is top-notch. I highly recommend this place. They are open the latest time than any other car wash / detailing place. I appreciate that. They were very nice, and took me in right away. It is a bit pricey, someone posted the prices and it looks like it went up $5 from that post. They did a great job! My car looks smells and feels new again.

PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING HERE. PLEASE. I have be devastated by this deplorable establishment. I feel real physical pain in my chest and throat from the level of rage and anger I feel toward the terrible people that work here. I took my 2023 Kia Telluride SX AWD to this awful place thinking that if I paid for a 100% hand wash that I would get a better experience than a drive thru style wash. What I got was permanent damages that immediately devalued my brand new car that only had 400mi on it. We’re talking about a $54,000 SUV. I paid $120 for a light detail and they permanently damaged the leather on 2 of my seats. They didn’t properly vacuum the rear 2 rows. They damaged and didn’t properly clean the center console. They damaged the rear bumper and generally just didn’t properly clean the vehicle. I had to ask them to vacuum the 3rd row again. The guy I was working with was so cool and the vehicle looked pretty good at a glance that I overlooked so many flaws. That’s where I messed up. After I left my wife started to point out the damages because she was paying closer attention than me. After all, I brought the truck for her. When I went back, there was no Manager, and guys that I spoke to previously suddenly didn’t speak good English. I’m disgusted by cowards who pretend to not understand just to avoid responsibility. I called back the next day and still no manager aside from the guy who claimed to be acting as the manager but also didn’t speak very good English. I contacted my family attorney and he in so many words told me to just eat it. Win some, lose some. It wouldn’t be worth my time to go after these clowns in court. He had the nerve to tell me to take pictures of the condition of my vehicle before handing it over to anyone for anything if I want to avoid the hassle of proving that damages cause by a wash, mechanic or valet were not present prior. Let’s be honest, who’s going to take pictures of their vehicle every single time? People with good reviews about this place must have bad eyes, low standards or good luck. I have a theory why this happened and it’s not exactly popular. My theory is the men that work here cleaned my vehicle quickly, poorly and roughly in a discriminatory fashion because I’m a black man. You don’t have to like what I’m saying or agree with it. I grew up in downtown LA in predominantly Spanish areas. I have good friends of all ethnic background and I know for a fact from life long experience and admissions that many (not all) Hispanic people have a deep seated and cultural lack of respect for African Americans which makes what happened here even more despicable. So I’ll revise my warning. If you’re black and/or don’t support racism, don’t go here. They might treat your vehicle poorly because they don’t respect you. Doesn’t matter that I’m a respectful and peaceful man with his wife and 3 children. Doesn’t matter that I still tipped. Some people are just not good people. THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT GOOD PEOPLE. I’ll put my anger into perspective for you. I despise this establishment and the people that work here with a strong passion that burns deep in my core. I hope this place closes for reasons related to grievances like mine. I hope that this review catches the attention of all potential customers and I invite anyone reading this to look into my account and read the hundreds of reviews I’ve written on Google alone. I have millions of views and likes because I am fair and unbiased when I write. Nothing I’ve stated is false or exaggerated. I value reviews as a essential component of a well informed consumer and would never subvert that over a personal grudge. Proceed with caution.

Paid higher price because they hand wash the car but after I got home I saw they didn't clean the inside much at all. There was a few pieces of popcorn on the floor & crumbs on the front seat. I also found sketchy is they want you to pay AFTER the wash & then when going to pay they ask if you have cash or pay with Zelle, claiming their card reader is not working. Did not want to use Zelle as it is connected to my bank, only use it for known & trusted payees, cause so many scams, (the girl asked me if it was connected to my bank!). I only had cash for tip.. Finally after standing there frustrated as to what to do, their card machine suddenly starts working.......

Do not go here! $45 to have my truck scratched with dirty towels and multiple spots untouched. Their is a self car wash next door that is much better! Huge scratch on the side of my truck, and there are multiple scratches on my front bumper, coffee stain that was left purposely to see if they are cleaning the inside legitimately. I should have known when I didn't see one car their and a guy on his phone in the middle of the garage. The shoes under my seat were thrown on the passenger side with the passenger floor mat ontop of them. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

I opted for the wash, clay bar and a liquid hand wax, and the results were absolutely worth every penny. My SUV looks immaculate – it's like driving a brand new vehicle! What impressed me the most was the staff's commitment to customer satisfaction. They genuinely care about making sure you're 100% happy with the service. Before I left, they took the time to check in with me to ensure that every detail was up to my expectations, which is a level of service you don't see often these days. The indoor waiting area is a nice touch, too. While I waited, I relaxed in one of their massage chairs – a true luxury that made the time fly by! It was the perfect way to unwind while my vehicle was being pampered. I spent $10 for 30 minutes.
