Wash is not good, back window of my car (Honda Accord) is never clean. Have tried to cancel multiple times over a 3 month period but my messages are ignored and card is charged each month. Tried to cancel in person, was told this is not possible and was given managers number. Number rings out or goes to a non existant voice mail (surprise surprise!!). Now $100 down with no end in site. Avoid like the plague!!!

The car wash brush broke my new Tesla mirror cover. They used cheap equipment that damaged my car. Be aware before you buy a monthly subscription. I made a huge mistake.

Great car wash! Took my daughter here and one of the guys noticed her in her car seat. Before we went in he sprayed a smiley face on the side window for her and made her day! Now she asks to go to the car was with me to see her smiley face. This young man went above and beyond and because of him I will be purchasing a membership so I can keep taking my daughter back! Great job! And it doesn’t hurt you get free dash wipes and air fresheners every time you go! Great Carwash!

I have a brand new Subaru Outback with less than 3,000 miles, and my experience with EverClean Car Wash has been a complete disaster. After using their wash three times, I noticed that a portion of my bumper was pried off and there was a vertical dent on the hood, clearly caused by one of the vertical rollers getting caught on the bumper. I immediately reported the issue to the manager, who assured me he would review the footage and get back to me within 1-2 weeks. After **months** of leaving messages, speaking with assistant managers, and chasing them down, I finally got a response. Conveniently, the cameras "weren't working" during my visit, and the manager, David, tried to claim the damage was caused by a rock — even though there were no scratches or chips to support this. When I insisted on an in-person inspection, David shifted his story multiple times, offering ridiculous explanations like someone "set something" on the hood or leaned their elbow on it, causing the dent. None of this made any sense, especially since my car is brand new, has never been through another wash, and hasn't even had its first oil change. After three months of wasted time and zero accountability, they refused to offer any compensation or help with the repairs. If you value your car, **do not** bring it here. They will damage it, deny responsibility, and leave you dealing with the aftermath. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. I would have given them a 0 star review if I could!

First time here. Both people at the window were very professional, friendly & I enjoyed talking with them. My husband usually takes our vehicles through the car washes. But I work close by & stopped by after work.I was there for about an hour. Wiping down my car & vacuuming. It was a great day to do this. Perfect weather. Overall a good experience!

I have been here a few times, but it seems that the equipment is not efficient. The team is nice, but they have to scrub the back of the cars as the equipment can't reach it. They dryers don't dry the car. I was vacuuming my car and saw car after car come out of the wash dripping wet, water pouring off them. Mine was the same way. Vac's are powerful, so that's a plus. In the past I was given a nice little air freshener when getting the top-level wash. This time I had to ask, and by the gentleman's reaction it appears that that policy has changed. It may be new ownership, I don't know.

NEVER OPEN FOR POSTED HOURS IN THE MORNING. I just got a membership here 3 weeks ago and today will be the 6th time where I’ve pulled up at 10 after 8am and they still aren’t open! Their posted hours are 7am~7pm. When I call they say they are “down for maintenance” and “come back later”. I can’t come back later, this is the time of the day I can get my car washed on my way to work. i’ll be finding a new car wash to join as soon as my month membership is up next week! Maybe do your maintenance before you are supposed to be open!
