Left a small Scratch on my brand new car and dirtied the inside of roof with their dirty hat. Came to tell them and they didn’t apologize at all instead manager had an attitude stating how long he’s worked in the car industry . I had this car for two weeks this is unexceptable . Plus they didn’t clean good and forgot my air freshener in which I paid for. I’m beyond upset for how they handled the situation.

More than I expected. My truck was dirty and riddled with bugs from a long day of travel. Although it took over an hour for the wash, it was because the guy drying/wiping everything down really took his time and it turned out great. I tipped him more than usual. Only reason why it’s not 5 stars is because the guy upfront was just trying a bit too hard to upsell me. I’m in sales so I get it but at some point you have to listen and just accept that people don’t want or need certain things. But I would definitely come back if I’m in the area.

Place is garbage the owner is rude- the worker dropped my wife’s sunglasses case, with them in it and ran them over with her own car!!!And I went back and confronted the owner and he just brushed it off like it wasn’t anything.. horrible behavior and service!!..as someone that runs a very high income service business I can tell you this isn’t how you treat people… I was disappointed to say the least..

I’m a regular at Euclid Hand Car Wash in Anaheim and these guys are the real deal. They work hard, take pride in what they do, and the quality is always top notch. No shortcuts, no disappointments, just a clean car every single time. If you want consistency and people who truly care, this is the spot.

Not as good as they used to be I’m guessing new management .. first red flag 50% discount of a service they claimed they do it all the time but I was the only one who ordered it in 1:30 hours span .. my regular 40$ wash was way much better than their brand specific mini detail .. smudgy interior uneven coats applied .. half buffed areas .. body swirls .. trunk not vacuumed .. sub truck ignored .. the guy at the end asked me to check .. and when I pointed them out he got upset .. why did you ask then!? .. I thought the brand special they offered .. they would know every knocks and cranny of the car .. at least that’s what the guy up front said .. 5 years ago I gave them 5 stars .. they have lost their edge!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! They scammed us for $350.. we paid for a full detail and it was not done. we left the truck there for 7 hrs and when we got there the truck was completing dirty from the inside, u can tell the carpet or seats where not shampoo, they did not do a full detail on the inside, when we called the manager he blamed the other manager and ask us to give him 30 min to fix it, how are u gonna shampoo and clean the truck in 30 min, they did not want to give us a refund, it was a horrible experience..PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE unless you want to get rip off…

They are expensive and their pricing is not fair to the customers. They push customers for diamond wash by charging more for average cleaning inside and outside and provide very minimal service with plans under diamond almost same as express car wash. Don’t waste your money with them, they exploiting customers,

I’ve been going to this car wash for two decades, which in Southern California time makes me something of a loyalist. But today, my loyalty met its limit. What happened to all the respectful, courteous people that worked here? The attendant tried out his “hard sell” routine on me, straight out of a Grant Cardone sales manual that should have stayed buried in the 1980s. I replied, “No thank you.” and told him what I wanted (which is what I always get). Calmly. Firmly. Like an adult. He chose to ignore me. I said it again. Nothing, he just kept pushing his menu card in my face, pointing to something I had already declined. By the third time, I had to tell him to step back because I was taking my business elsewhere. Only then did he back down, muttering “Ok!” as he slunk away. This wasn’t just irritating - it felt aggressive, dismissive, and downright hostile. If this is how they treat longtime customers, especially female customers, no thanks. No one should have to fend off pushy, outdated sales tactics when all they want is a clean car. There are plenty of car washes in this town that won’t make you feel like you’re being cornered at a used-car lot in 1987. Do yourself a favor: take your car, and your money, somewhere else. PS: His response below is completely untrue and patronizing. He minimizes his employee's actions while also making me wrong. I'll never go there again.

This was my first time at Euclid Hand Car Wash, and it won't be my last. I purchased the daily special, which just happened to be exactly what I was looking for. Both inside and out were detailed, dressings applied, VERY thorough vacuuming, including the trunk, and all four floor mats washed and dried. The detail that was paid during all steps was incredible! Unfortunately, I did not take any before pictures, but let me tell you, I had not taken it through a car wash in over a year, and the inside was very messy as I use my car for daily work and eat a meal or two in it. These after pictures speak for themselves! The car looks brand new! I will be recommending this awesome car wash to everyone and will definitely be back soon.

I paid $70 for a "mini detail", but they should call it a "half detail" because they did everything so half-assed that the car looks worse than it did before. The outside is still dirty, the glass has streaks, and worst of all the greasy dressing they used on the interior is all splotchy. I thought this would save time, but now I have to degrease my whole interior.

Paid for a mini detail and got a horrible wash. Asked for no scent and they drenched my car with scent (I get migraines). Went for a drive at night with kids and whatever was used on my windows fogged up so bad it was difficult to see. My defroster works, but it wasn't working. Thankfully a gas station was close by. I had to pull over and clean my windshield. Was offered a redo, but the car wash is 30 minutes from me. We were in the area so thought we would stop by. Would prefer a refund (offered to send photos to validate claim).

I purchased the “mini detail” package that they offered for $70 and was severely disappointed!!! I should have read the most recent reviews of this place. The dressing for the interior is indeed very splotchy and greasy. The seats still had crumbs and the interior just wasn’t vacuumed thoroughly. The windows had streaks and weren’t clean what so ever. The trunk also wasn’t vacuumed at all nor did even open the trunk and wipe down the back. Didn’t even feel like addressing my concerns to an employee because there was so much done half assed and left looking a mess. $70 down the drain.

I usually don't like leaving negative reviews but for the first time I'm actually shocked. 10 am: Came to get a mini detailing, with seats shampooed included. Was given a rate, came back and noticed they didn't wash the seats. 11 am I went to a supervisor about my concern and he said that I never requested them. I pulled out the footage off my dash cam where I specifically asked for shampooing. Miscommunication with management was already frustrating enough because I showed them dash cam footage of me tasking what service I needed. Supervisor basically said it's not his fault he couldn't hear me. There was footage. Other management stepped in after hearing how frustrated I was, with two employees telling me that I already paid for a service and it wasn't their fault that I wasn't clear about my service request (again I have footage, so hearing this when there is proof is astounding to say the least) and tried to deescalate the issue, suggesting to leave the car and to pay a remainder to get my car shampooed. They said they'd call me when it's done. He broke down the rate to me and we settled on an amount that I needed to pay. 2 PM: No call. I decided to just show up. My car looks done. I go to the front desk, get the keys from my car, only to be incredibly in shock and disappointed of what happened to my car. Looks like they just hosed the interior with cleaning solution and left it. My car is coated with a residue/film, and even trying to wipe with a wet wipe, I sat in my car for ten minutes outside the shop trying to clean up what I could. My car is completely ruined on the inside. Stains EVERYWHERE, even on the ceiling. I paid $150 for this??? Updated 5/1 at 1:58 PM: Owner called me to "resolve the issue", however not only did he rudely interrupt me after I addressed my concerns, he brought up social media because I left this review, then talked down on me, saying that I was too young to understand how business works, and that 15 years ago, things were "different". We went back and forth and he continuously kept saying that if I was unhappy, I could bring my car in for a personal inspection, but I've already brought it in twice, wasted five hours of my day, to receive my car a second time to damaged. I added a photo time stamp of me coming back that same Monday at 2:26 PM where my car was sprayed with cleaning solution that left a white residue. When I brought that up, he said that it was impossible and that they use high quality products that don't leave a residue. Attached some images of what they left my car covered with. After a long continuous cycle, he said that it was illegal for me to have audio dash cam (I have dash cam footage with audio of my service request) footage, stated that he was recording our phone call, and then back pedaled. He said a big reason for this issue was because his employees have a language barrier and are not able to speak English as well. However that was not my issue, my issue was that when I addressed my concerns, no one took accountability and I was left with "it's not my fault I couldn't hear you". I did leave a message on their website, however the call did not make me feel like my issue was resolved and just escalated. While yes I was a returning customer, this was my first terrible experience and it was so bad that I have zero intentions of coming back especially after the phone call. He made me feel incredibly disregarded and uncomfortable that I hung up the conversation.

I just been here today. I had a lot of green stains because I spilt matcha drinks in my car. The guy charged me $120 and told me they going to do a good job including mini detailing in 45 min. The service end up being 1.5h. I missed my appointment but I was fine. I went home and saw all the stains still there and all the sticky part didnt got clean well. So disappointing. Dont come back.

THEY CHARGED ME MORE THAN THE PRICE ON BOAED ( Check photos ) I was promised full detail inside plus 50$ discount to find out by the lady at the register this is only Shampoo and they even overcharged me for that I didn’t feel comfortable to leave my car there

I’ve been coming to this car wash for years and always trusted them — until now. Yesterday, I took my car in for a wash and accidentally left my sunglasses in the middle console. When I got halfway home, I realized they were gone. They were there when I dropped off my car, and now they’ve disappeared. I’m extremely disappointed and honestly shocked. I’ve always spoken highly of this place and recommended it to friends and family, but after this experience, I’ll make sure to warn people to stay away. It’s clear the staff has completely changed, and so has the quality. The new employees don’t seem to care about doing a good job — my car wasn’t even cleaned properly — and the professionalism that used to set this place apart is gone. It’s really sad to see how far this place has fallen. What used to be a busy, trusted car wash is now just another business cutting corners and losing loyal customers due to the staff and service. For reference, the guy that cleaned my car was a middle tall, mid size, kind of bald headed gangster looking guy.

I recently brought my brand-new silver Tesla here. The staff was friendly and professional, and I appreciated their customer service. Unfortunately, the quality of the car wash itself was very disappointing. While some areas of the car looked clean, there were numerous visible water spots left on the mirrors, mirror housing, hood, trunk, and front of the vehicle. These spots were difficult to remove, and I don’t expect to have to clean my car myself after paying for a professional service—especially since water spot removal is something they advertise as part of certain packages. I personally do not live in this area and drove about 40 minutes specifically to try this car wash, which makes the experience even more frustrating. I did point out some of the water spots to the employee who handed me my keys, and he wiped down a few areas, but there were still many spots left that were clearly visible. I’m not sure if additional spots occurred while the car was parked or from water splashing from nearby vehicles, but regardless, they should have been caught before the car was returned. I believe vehicles should be inspected more thoroughly before being handed back to customers. For a brand-new car, this level of oversight is disappointing. Unfortunately, I would not return and would not recommend this location. I’m simply looking for a car wash that pays attention to detail and delivers the quality customers are paying for.

“DO NOT GO HERE” If you have a nice car they will offer you vip service if you refuse it and want only regular service and price they will get upset and they treat your car recklessly yes they will let you fill out their form of claim and later will call you saying this is was not on us!! WHY it’s new car 😓 Good luck everybody
