Very disappointed. Not only did they not show up to the appointment, which was booked online in advance with confirmation. They did not call or message to let me know they were not going to be able to arrive and perform the requested services. This is not a reliable business. Do not book an appointment with them.

Made an online appointment for my wife. This business didn’t call when they didn’t show up on time. Nor did they show up at all. They didn’t return any attempt to answer or return any phone calls or online communication. Will not use this business and urge anyone else to do the same.

Unreliable. Cancelled with only a few hours left in the day. I should have listened to the other reviewers. These people are not professionals. I HIGHLY recommend you look elsewhere.

Sent a message the day before confirming my appointment, then the day of they asked if they could come an hour late due to it being cold outside. I agreed and understood. And hour after the new scheduled time, they still hadn’t shown up. Would not answer my text or calls. All the reviews saying they will just not show up and not respond on true. Don’t use this company.

I do not recommend using Elite Mobile Detail. The first time they were scheduled to come out, they were unable to because of car trouble. I do not hold this against them, life happens. The communication was prompt when the issue occurred. We rescheduled. On the rescheduled date, they did not show at the agreed time (6:30 a.m.), despite confirming the night before. I called 45 minutes after the appointment time (7:15 a.m.), and left a voicemail that was not returned. I called again at 11 a.m., and the call was not answered. They sent a text apologizing about the delay and that they were on the way. An hour passed. They did not show or communicate. I asked for an ETA at noon, (which was an hour after they were supposedly on the way), I was told they would arrive by 1:30 p.m. This was seven hours after the agreed time. It is currently 5 p.m. There has been no communication from Elite Mobile. I cannot comment on the quality of services, since services were never provided.

Booked an appointment for 7:30 Thursday morning. On paper, this seemed convenient, fair price, and it's good supporting local. However, they did not show up, their phone lines are busy, and have no contacted me in any way or form. I spent a lot of time preparing my vehicle, a heads up would've been nice. No call, no show. About an hour after the appointment was due I finally get a text back after making dozens of phone calls. The text entailed that they are out of town for the next two days, yet they accepted and confirmed that my appointment works for them yesterday. Frustrating, wasted my time.

Elite detail is top notch. I was able to secure an appointment for next day. The app is so easy to use to book an appointment. And the quality was superb. My three kids had trashed my suv but now it looks like it is in mint condition. I am so happy with my car I don’t want my kids riding in it. Lol. When I walked up to my car I could smell the cleaning products before I even got to my car that had been used. I will definitely use elite again and tell my friends.

Called on a Friday to set up an appointment. They scheduled me for that next Saturday at 2pm. Shortly before they called and said the job they were on was going to take a little longer and asked if they could reschedule. As I was just trying to get our vehicles cleaned up for the week as that is what was said to them. The lady then called back and said that it was alright and they will head my way when they were done. 3 o’clock... nothing 4 o’clock nothing... sent a text around 5. Then finally at 6:40 I get a response that someone got hurt and they had to stop. So as I waited around waiting for our vehicles to be done when we could have been doing something else they failed to call and cancel. If in fact they were supposed to be there at 3pm. If someone got “hurt” then that would have obviously been before the time block in heading to my appointment why wasn’t I notified sooner than 3 hours later. Zero stars would be great because unfortunately these people have no appreciation for other people’s time that had to juggle a schedule for them to not just show up.

Elite Mobile Detail did a fantastic job on my vehicle. Chris and his wife are quality people who work hard. They spent 3+ hours on our Honda Pilot and paid attention to detail. The only reason I did not give a 5th star is because they were almost 1 hour later to the appointment, but they did text and let me know. Overall, it was a great detail job at a fair price done by hard working people. I recommend!!
