Love their service and pricing. Friendly staff and great deal with their monthly mail Val-pak coupons. Only complaint is that sometimes not all the soap is rinsed or blown off on our bigger SUV (Yukon XL). They will rinse it off manually if I go back to the entrance, but just shouldn't have to. That being said, Would definitely recommend.

I’ve had a subscription to the maple valley car wash for years. Most of the time the ones doing the pre wash do a good job. Recently it took 3 washes before I had a clean windshield. sure would like to be able to vacuum my vehicle while I’m there. I’m not asking for free vacuum just asking for a working one. Can’t recall how long it’s been since there has been a working vacuum at this location

Does the job! Love the initial wash the friendly staff do on the front and rear bumpers and windows before entering the wash. Truly needed with all the bug guts and mud/dirt that collects over time. Now if only they had dry towels at the end to wipe the car down it would be perfect.

The employees were really nice, but the car wash did basically nothing. A few birds did their business on my car so I went to get that cleaned. You can see by the pictures that it was all there AFTER the wash. I will not be returning.

Paid for top option car wash and vehicle was still dirty after the wash. Didn't even touch the hood or front windshield to clean.. If I could give zero stars I would. I will not use this service ever again. I don't know how they have any good reviews. Photos were taken just after the wash when I noticed after driving away.

Last week, I took my truck through the Pink Elephant Car Wash. During the wash, the employees did not turn off the top brush as they normally do for my vehicle (I’ve used this location several times without issue). As a result, the brush caught on my roof rack, pulling it off and causing part of it to be lost. Steve the employee was present at the time and acknowledged that the top brush had not been turned off as required. However, when I returned today to discuss the incident, Steve informed me that the owner Andrew Haney had decided the car wash was not responsible for the damage—despite the admitted oversight by the staff and admission the brush had not been turned off. At the time of incident Steve admitted they were at fault. Andrew the owner decided because the roof rack was an aftermarket part his car wash would not be responsible.Horrible customer service and I will never take any of our vehicles back to this car wash.

Wonderful service- However, I sold my car in October and cancelled my membership first via email in October. I was billed in November anyways. I called and they advised me to go through the website which I did. Now I am billed for December. I advise you don't join the membership.

The coupon was a little confusing but otherwise I was very happy. I hadn't washed my truck in so long it was covered in moss. The young men worked hard scrubbing and told me to come around a second time to get the stubborn bits off. I appreciate the hard work.

We won’t come here again. All 3 stars are for the lady and young guy pre rinsing the cars, they did awesome! But we paid for the towel at the kiosk expecting those little microfiber towels to wipe down the interior, but instead we were handing a soaking wet kitchen towel that left red fibers all over the dash. And there are no free vacuums after you go through the wash?!?! That’s not normal.

Either their machine is broken or just the poor service, I selected for their Ultimate Car Wash service (the highest they have) but even soap & dirt on car stayed there after the wash. I have used other elephant car washes, never experienced such a bad service before. This has been worst. Only go if you want to throw away your money.

Terrible Experience - They Will Not Take Responsibility for Damage I would give zero stars if I could. I took my car to the Elephant Car Wash in Maple Valley, WA, for a wash wash about 3 months ago My windshield was perfectly intact when I entered. As the automated wash started and the roller equipment made contact with the front of my vehicle, a large crack immediately formed and spread across the center of my windshield. I know this for a fact because I had a dash camera recording the entire thing, which I provided to them in my vehicle damage claim. After submitting this clear evidence, their response was to deny responsibility, stating there were "too many factors" involved. This is a complete failure of customer service and accountability. The damage was obviously and directly caused by their equipment, as my video showed. Instead of doing the right thing for a problem they created, they hid behind a vague excuse. I was forced to file a claim through my own auto insurance to get my windshield replaced. Do not trust this place with your vehicle. If their equipment damages your car, they will find a way to blame you for it.

So I already wrote one review about the customers they have here and now I am writing another because once again they have done an outstanding job at customer service. So they offered 2 free carwashs to your Valentine's for V-day via text message, and as long as your 2 people redeemed there carwashes you would receive a free one yourself via text message.. well both of mine were redeemed but I never received a text message giving me my carwash, so I emailed customer service and they got right on it and sent me one almost immediately well after I verified my phone with them, to make sure there system was sending it to the right place!!! But had my free carwash within 24-48 hours after inquiring about why I had received mine even though my V-day ones were redeemed! Thank you again for your outstanding customer service and my Carwash! How could I ever go Anywhere else with such a great team you guys have!!! Well it deleted my first review so I guess I'll just add it to this one.. even though I didn't want it to be this long but it basically said (short version) they have great customer service and Everytime I got here without fail I leave there happy and the guys at the express lube are so great and always so funny I am always laughing with them! I wouldn't go Anywhere else to have my oil changed! They are the best here!
