Better than other standard tunnel car washes. El Dorado carwash is the best car wash system. No brush, no scratches. Better for my Tesla paint. Strongly recommend.

Got home and realized they didn’t even vaccum the back row, I was additionally charged an extra $10.00 for my mats to be cleaned and this mat wasn’t cleaned and back row was left untouched. Extremely disappointed and feel robbed. Never coming back. My total was $33.00 for the super pack, and an additoonal $10.00 to wash the mats and back row wasn’t vacuumed or cleaned, and back mat was not washed. My total was $42.99. This is ridiculous.

I went to this place, and honestly, the attention to detail was horrible! I took out my own trash after the car was... and look at this! I got the $32 package, and I did not get the air freshener. Nor was I directed to. The only pleasant interaction I had was the getting from the gentleman that gave me my ticket.

I brought in a work van from Lucky Dawg and Caesar did a great job even though it was his first time doing a deep clean on one of our vans. I definitely would recommend this car wash to anyone who would ask and even those who don’t. Everaldo and Gustavo also do an excellent job.

I get my car washed here once or twice a month. They are friendly and do an excellent and detailed job. The self or drive thru washes can't compare to the quality of wash you get at El Dorado. Convenient location makes this my go to place.

Selected the super pack option and was content with the job done. They spent a ton of time drying off every nook and cranny. I had to drive through again to get it re-vacuumed, but they did it without hesitation and quickly. Really like that they have a punch card as well. So after a few services they add some things on for free or upgrade. Would come back.

Prices keep getting higher! Covid is OVER stop being greedy! We are a poor community. Very run down looking! Not enough employees 45 minutes to hour wait on a Tuesday around 11am. Unacceptable!! Go to carson Car wash faster and cheaper!!!

I have been going here for years with good service. The last 3 times all have been very poor experiences. Yesterday I took my daughters car in for an oil change and car wash. Oil change . The oil change was fine. However when we left the car with the wash attendant they knocked off the valve stem and told me it was my fault. I had to get the oil change guy to say the tires were fine. Finally the manager relented and got the tire off and took it to be repaired. We had to sit on the asphalt on a very hot day for about 45 minutes. No apologies, new offer of any services for the inconvenience due to their mistake. Now to add to the situation. When we got home we found out that When they replaced the valve stem. They did not also replace the sensor as well which now causes the tire pressure sensor to go off constantly. Don't reward this place with your business. The other two times they did not vacuum the back of the car and left the windows dirty as well. People make mistakes but it's how you handle these that makes all of the difference.

Paid $40 for water spots. Never again. Your car dries in the tunnel. Until there’s detailers available to supposedly dry your. That’s already dry. Never again. I’ll go to Miamis. Down the street. I normally go there. Thought I’d give this place a regretful try.

I've been coming here for years and everyone always works very hard to get my cars looking as new as possible. im always willing to pay for great service and this place is worth it to me. give yourself maybe an hour because they do make sure your car is good to go so do not come here in a rush and also its pretty busy so be prepared
