These men will not show up on location on time late 75% of the time and no one speaks English. They have no knowledge of most of the things they say they offer like torque and test or iron restraints they don’t even have their own operators for row clearing they rent the equipment

I went in to get my state inspection. One employee who worked there pulled my vehicle around and immediately returned and said they couldn't inspect it because the ABS dash light was on. What an idiot! The ABS light can be on in Texas and you can still pass inspection. Anyway, the kicker was he told me he was told by someone that was told by the lady at the DMV the ABS light couldn't be on to pass WHEN IN FACT straight on the DMV website it says in black and white plain English it can. Lesson, do not go to this place unless you want to deal with a bunch of clowns. Idiots just going off what they are simply told and not what the law says. Idiots!

Since I've been in Midland, this has been one of my to go places for our vehicles. They do a very decent job but need several improvements. Took my Denali about a week ago and they did a good job on the outside cleaning all the rain mud but on the inside I found a couple of demerits. The rear console was not cleaned and hair debris of my pet was not cleaned, it may difficult to remove and I understand but failing to communicate gives me the impression that they didn't even try to clean it. I've gotten better results for less than what I paid that day. Taking it back means rescheduling my business runs, hopefully they do it right on the first go next time. Thank you

Have taken several vehicles here to get washed. Took a new Jeep and they pressure washed with the wrong nozzle, which caused the paint to blow off the grill. Took it back up there and even though they admitted to causing the damage, never received a phone call from the manager on how to fix the situation. Good luck getting them to answer the phone. I won’t be back.
