Ed responded to me quickly via email, then answered when I called to schedule. He had an opening two days later. The price was exactly what he quoted me. He showed up right on time, if not a few minutes early. I bought my car used two years ago and it now looks better than the day I bought it (and you can't even tell my toddler was in it!). I have a 20 year-old BMW x3 that was crusty on the inside due to coffee and food spills, dirty carpets and old upholstery. Ed did a miracle on the inside of my car! It looks pristine! He came to my house and I was so thankful not to have to drop off my car for the day. He was professional, courteous and efficient. The price was very fair and the service provided great value. I highly recommend this service and will be a repeat customer!
