I was looking for a new car and noticed a lot of dealerships are adding on a substantial additional charge for a ceramic coating on their vehicles, of course being curious I wanted to know what is a ceramic coating and why are these dealership add-ons so expensive? So I went to work and did some research online to educate myself on ceramic coatings. Meanwhile, I also learned about PPF (paint protection film) I knew nothing about these products but After some research, I decided to purchase a new car without the ceramic add-on from a dealership, my reason? Not knowing what products they use or who installed them so I chose to have it professionally installed from a competent professional installer with superior known products. After purchasing a new car, I visited dynamic customs US in Gilroy California. I was greeted by Chico and Moe two brothers, Business owners/installers they patiently spent at least an hour my first visit helping me, I gained tons of knowledge and recommendations from both brothers. They are exceptionally easy to talk to I never felt like I was being pressured or pushed. They are well educated and have great communication skills ,within the next week I went back numerous times with questions before I made my final decision, they have a lot of patience! I ended up choosing what they call a PPF track package, PPF in critical spots. Also a total ceramic body coating and a window treatment this process takes time when done properly by trained and certified professionals. Don’t expect your car done in one day, this requires proper equipment, expertise, experience, and attention to detail in order to deliver these Products correctly. The outcome is impressive a fantastic job installing PPF and ceramic coating on my car not only does it look better than new, it now is super easy to clean and maintain and has protection against those nasty road dings and chips you get on the front of your hood, etc. Also Ella (Ella handles paperwork, invoices, proposals, and appointments.) she is very friendly and efficient. I can’t say enough this team I feel they genuinely care about their customer and the work they produce! They always Greeted me with a friendly smile. They run a top notch business. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Great job A+.

Just purchased my Tesla Model Y performance and was looking for a shop that did full PPF to protect its notoriously thin paint. After calling around everywhere in the Bay area I landed on Dynamic Customs. They had the best price, with the best PPF material. I made an appointment online, received text message notifications, placed my deposit, and even changed my order to add in front window tint. The communication with Dynamic Customs was seamless. They reached out immediately to confirm my appointment. I drop my car off and after about 1.5 weeks I got my car back in pristine condition. It literally looked better than new. When I arrived, I was graciously walked around my car to learn more about the installation process and how to care for the PPF for the next month, while it sets. In addition to the lifetime of the protection (PPF comes with warranty). Overall very informative staff, kind, punctual, communicates well, and even has great music playing in the shop :). Moe and Chico did a stellar job wrapping my new car in full PPF with a ceramic coat. It looks stunning and the entire time the crew at Dynamic Customs took great care of my vehicle and kept me updated on the progress. Moe explained in detail all of the care tips and cleaning suggestions for routine maintenance with the film. I recently had my 2023 Tesla Model 3 tinted at Dynamic Customs in Gilroy, CA, and the result was nothing short of spectacular. The team there provided top-notch service from start to finish. First off, the professionalism at Dynamic Customs is impressive. They were thorough in explaining the tint options, the benefits of each, and what would look best on my white Tesla. Their expertise was evident, providing insights on how the tint would not only enhance the aesthetics but also protect the interior from UV rays. The quality of workmanship is clear. The tints are applied flawlessly, with no bubbles or imperfections. They have transformed the look of my car, giving it an elegant, sleek appearance that stands out. Prep the attached pics! (Sorry that the lighting wasn’t better, but you get the point). It's been a few days since, and the tint has settled in perfectly. (I’ll be sure to update this review should that change in the coming weeks) Anyways…what really stood out was their punctuality and the pride they take in their work. They completed the job within the promised time frame and walked me through the care instructions to ensure longevity of the tints. I would not expect that you can stay and wait for your car though. I mean they had a few drinks and snacks there but I’d recommend you plan to hit up the near by. Starbucks while you wait. Took around 3 hours for my car. I've attached a photo of my Tesla post-tint, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. It’s clear that Dynamic Customs values quality, customer service, and an all-around excellent experience. Sorry for the extra long review. I take reviews very seriously, so I wanted to cover all basis and make sure you knew why I’m highly recommending Dynamic Customs for anyone looking to get their car windows tinted. Overall had an incredible experience with Dynamic Customs. My fiancé and I recently had our 2024 Tesla Model Y Performance treated by Moe and Chico’s team. We ended up wrapping the entire car in the XPEL Stealth PPF, having the interior and exterior ceramic coated, and had our front windows tinted. It was a big job and the turn around was a quick 10 days. The team at Dynamic Customs was very responsive to our questions and when it came time for pick-up they reviewed after care instructions. While the entire experience was stellar, I especially appreciate the integrity with which they work. Moe and Chico really stand by their work and reassured us that should anything not meet our satisfaction to let them know right away. Our Tesla looks amazing and we look forward to having our other cars treated by Dynamic Customs.

Chico and Moe of Dynamic Customs are friendly, but that is met with their extensive knowledge of the Ceramic Coatings and PPF? (Paint Protective Film). I called the factory for Expel Fusion confirming this company is an authorized dealer/installer for their superior products, and well known for their high quality installations. 2 months into my protective coatings my family member scraped a white wood column on the right side of the vehicle. I was devastated. I took it to Chico and Moe. They cleaned it off, and buffed the foot long spot. I can not tell anything happened! Amazing people! Amazing place! Amazing professionals! I recommended for my Uncle to add the tint option on the Tesla app before taking delivery. Dynamic Customs was one of the options & did some research from the reviews on Google and they did not disappoint!
