Used a promo for a free wash. Car wash itself was fine. Vacuum has very narrow attachment that can clog easily with stuff like leaves and you’re not allowed to remove it. Loved their high-pressure air and water handhelds! One of the worker’s behavior I thought could’ve been a little bit better.

Pumped gas at Chevron and saw the option to add a car wash, so I opted for the Lucky Duck $20 single wash. There were cheaper one-time and monthly options too (see attached pics). The wash was fully automated, and there were two gentlemen staffed to help if needed. The facility and wash equipment seemed new and clean. My small sedan was washed in about 2-3 minutes, and I was satisfied with the efficiency, but feel like it was not a good value for $20 due to the short wash duration and some missed spots on my car’s roof. Overall, I would return for the convenience and efficiency.

Such rude and unhelpful staff! First time and I needed help to navigate the stupid map part on the app. Response was “you have to leave and try to use the app at another location cause we have bad internet here”. What! How about helping with the code to redeem or something helpful. That kid did not want to work there. Pathetic and unprofessional! Why hire kids if they don’t care?

I initially signed up for a monthly plan back in August during a promotional offer with the intention of canceling afterward. However, the exceptional experience here completely changed that plan. The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and attentive, and you truly feel valued as a customer during every visit. I would like to specifically recognize Anthony, who I see most often when I stop by. He is professional, friendly, and always brings a great attitude, which consistently enhances the overall experience. That said, the entire team here does an excellent job. The service is quick, convenient, and reliable, and my car always leaves looking great. This location has become my preferred car wash, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for great service and a team that genuinely cares about their customers.
