He spent close to a month visiting daily to ensure things were properly running. TJ is amazing!!!! I love every time he comes on site, knowing he will be able remedy and is able to answer all my questions. My first encounter as a new GM he explained things to me in a way that it made sense. My 2nd encounter he was able to come in and diagnose an issue in a matter of minutes. Which is very frustrating. We had a tech from another company the previous day and he spent hours trying to diagnose and still had no explanation. We had the spare part on site and TJ repaired.
