Do yourself a solid and go anywhere else. The wand had less than adequate pressure to power wash off dirt and when selecting the soap wash part soap was practically non existence. Also the timer runs out with no warning if your not paying attention.

Just used the vacuum to get glass out of my car & it worked fine. Only issue was that the vacuum hose opening wasn't very big, so things kept getting caught & I would have to pull whatever it was out. Other than that it worked pretty good. Also wasn't very expensive.

Change machine can't take more than a $5, the cleaning chemicals are rarely available you might as well drive car through a rainstorm, credit card not accepted. Been giving this place a chance for the past six months, but I'm not coming here any longer for lackluster service.

Really bad car wash. Many of the spray gun options don't work. All of the credit card readers are out of order. Half the vacuums are out of order and the other half that do "work" have almost no suction power such that they're completely useless. Also the vacuums aren't free and require a minimum payment of one dollar to turn on, but then don't alert you when your time is running out so that if you need to continue using the vacuum (which you will because, again, it has almost no suction power) you have to pay the $1 minimum price again. Don't waste your time and money going here

Vacuumed and washed car for a good price. Friendly staff who was onsite cleaning up after a storm the day before. Will definitely go back next time the car needs a good scrub!

Paid $5.00 and the wash didn’t do anything. When I tried to find a phone number to call for customer service I slipped and fell in the parking lot (which was not salted) with two witnesses asking if I was ok. Went to urgent care because of pain but I am still unable to contact anyone about either issue because there are no customer service numbers posted anywhere nor is there a legit business listing. Ironically they have pictures plastered all over of other people who allegedly use their dumpsters, but nobody on their end for accountability. But at least with the cameras, they can’t deny the slip and fall on their improperly safe property.

I had no idea this place was here. The self washing bays are all pretty clean and well maintained. The equipment worked very well. Best self serve car wash that I've seen so far in Columbus!
