They left the drain plug loose in my car and my car leaked oil for months until we jacked the car up and found that they didn’t tighten it. We couldn’t figure out why my car was running weird. They also never changed the oil filter and charged me $83 for an oil change. How do I know? Because that oil filter is from affordable lube on Nelson from the previous oil change. My husband repeatedly told me never to go to don’s and I didn’t listen, well, I learned my lesson.
