Avoid this service. While changing the oil, a part was broken and the hood was damaged. The service employee filed a complaint and said that the manager would contact within 2 days and we would solve the problem. More than a week has passed and no one has called me. Well, I won't wait any longer for a call from the manager if he doesn't want an amicable solution to the problem.

Great facility and super friendly and professional staff. I was slightly disappointed that they couldn’t reset the service reminder on my vehicle. When I got home I was able to google and perform the reset. But that won’t stop me from using them again because it was still a great experience!

I went to get my oil changed and since I had only been there one other time I didn’t know what to tell them I wanted but I told them I ONLY wanted an Oil Change and nothing else! And they over charged me, charged me for the premium oil change without telling me! I talked to them before they changed my oil and before I handed them my card and none of them mentioned charging for premium in any answers to my questions. I tried calling to speak to a manager after I left, but there wasn’t one on duty. No one has called me back.
