Store shelves have been mostly empty and have been for a month or so no food coffee a wasted trip again the shipment of product mut be at the suez canal

The times posted are not the times the store actually closes. Also there is no reason to close so early. One time the employees locked the door 10 minutes before closing. Not cool.

One of the worse dollar tree's in Worcester, I stopped in for a moment after picking up my husband & brother at work, they waited for me outside & smoked a cigarette. As I got to the register 3 of the employees including the manager were at the register making rude comments as to why they were standing outside saying if they were going to rob the store. I kindly told these ignorant employees that they were actually waiting for me outside right in front of my car right in front of the store to help with my bags. For those wondering yes my husband is of color & it was 7:00pm so I guess these are the type of employees dollar tree hires at their more urban community's.

Staff was very friendly and attentive i actually went to Dollar tree 6/5/2020 at around 7:45pm just before closing and Stephany the cashier was helpng me find and item in the process of that and before that as my wife was checking out i lost my wallet. I went back 6/6 at 9:00am when they open and my wallet was at the office. Everything was in my wallet including my $100 in cash. Thank Stephany for your help and honesty.

I never thought it was a good idea to put this store here. Theft being a problem. But that aside,I have found the Staff to be really helpful. I just called about Ice Cube trays and the Dude took the time to look. That wouldn't happen in Family Dollar. i notice the Food section getting smaller and smaller but all in all its not a bad neighborhood store.

Great store wonderful emploies, very friendly, super busy but kind enough to answer questions. This store location is out of eggs, the 8bpack of breakfast sausage that is raw pork and not recommended to cook in the microwave, microwave brand they have in stocks. Abd mouse traps have been out for years not expected to be stocked at pleasant street location for a wile to come.

What can you say, the price is right, the variety of products that they have, always rotates, so therefore you have to be a regular in order to see what new products are there. You make a you may go one week and see a product and the next week and it's not there yet something else is in this place. And the price is right. Very good store. And well, it is no longer dollar tree, it is now dollar 25 tree. But it's still a good store.

I had a decent experience at the store. I found what I needed quickly, but the long wait in line due to only one register being open was frustrating. It would have been great if they had opened another register since there were a few employees around. However, everyone in the store was wearing a mask, which made me feel safe. However I noticed that the credit card machine, baskets, and carriages were not being sanitized after each use. The quality of the item I purchased wasn't great, and it broke after just two days of use. So, if you're looking for a quick fix, this store might work for you. However, if you're looking for a high-quality item, I suggest looking elsewhere. There was no information available on edible items or beverages. Overall, the store is a decent option if you need something quickly, but there's room for improvement in terms of customer service and cleanliness.
