My go to store when my daughter is working on one of her "projects"! Project boards, poster paper, markers, crayons...yeah! And the way she goes through this stuff, the price is right! And I rarely get out of their without finding at least one or two things for around the house.

Very clean and well stocked dollar tree. In my opinion it is the nicest dollar tree in the area. It has never been busy any time I've been there and I've gone at all different times.

Clean and well stacked isles. Very well managed store. Few staff as you would expect in a dollar store, however helpful and courteous staff. Vast difference to the experience I had in the other store in the same suburb. Shows what you can achieve by having a right people on board.

This Dollar Tree has more great stuff than I thought possible. From basics in cleaning supplies to office supplies to dry goods to snacks to general party/picnic supplies. The best part is everything IS $1. Hallmark greeting cards that can cost you $2.50 ro $4 are only $1. You can't beat it.

Same old stuff. Like to see more merchandise. Also, there is never any music playing in the store. As a shopper which I know many would agree, we like to have some music going on it gets you in the shopping mood and has you staying in the store longer

-10. Refused to sell us balloons because they were tooooo busy and had two many customers...apparently the 30 balloon order wasn't going to happen.. they really appreciated it at another establishment. And Not dollar tree.. yet alone it was a manager who refused ....don't waste your time at this place. Won't let me rate a thing lower than 1....still - 10

This store is good! Sometimes you have to wait on line because there is only one cashier.. they were definitely the go to in the beginning of the pandemic.. and still are .. Sometimes thing wanted is out of stock, there are alternatives.. the staff are patient and helpful..patience is key if you want a " good" experience..

5 stars for Ralph the cashier. As a bartender in the service industry, I know an exceptional customer service employee when I see one. Thank you for being so friendly and patient with every person you interacted with, you actually made my day with your cheerful and kind demeanor!

Dollar Trees are the best! Hopped over to get readers. I get so many compliments on them, so for a Dollar a figure why not buy a bunch while they still have them. Always find something fun for the house or family. From cotton rounds that compare to over $5 at a drug store to cute holiday items, housewares and do much more! It is my go to.

The dollar tree was great. Every time besides this last visit. I have been there at least 100 times easy in the past. In the past, the customer service was great. This particular trip was the only bad trip I had. Also, I must mention 2 b fair I moved, and this trip was the first in at least a year. ( maybe just this employee 1 bad apple or maybe management change idk) This time, the cashier was rushing me to the point of grabbing stuff from my basket for me. I had fragile stuff. She was just so rude about it. She was acting like she couldn't hear me. Im sure it was definitely an act. When I asked her to stop, saying it's fragile, she just went on to completely ignore me. Everything about her was just rude and ignorant. Her entire demeanor was nasty. I went on a rant this time. Sorry, I was that bad. Fingers crossed it was one time experience. Hopefully, no one ever has to deal with her in a customer service role again.

Pros: Most items are priced at $1.25, making it a great place to find affordable household items, food, and party supplies. They have a wide variety of products, including toys, games, crafts, cleaning supplies, and personal care items. They accept EBT and other forms of government assistance. They are open late, so you can shop even after work or school. Cons: The selection of items can be limited, especially for more specialized products. The quality of some items can be poor. The stores can be crowded and disorganized. Overall, Dollar Tree is a good option for finding affordable everyday items. However, it is important to be aware of the limitations of the store before you shop there. Here are some tips for shopping at Dollar Tree in Danbury: Be prepared to do some digging. The selection of items can be limited, so you may have to look around to find what you need. Check the expiration dates on food items. Some of the food at Dollar Tree can be close to or past its expiration date. Be aware of the quality of the products. Some of the items at Dollar Tree are not of the same quality as you would find at a more expensive store. If you are shopping for a specific item, it is best to call the store ahead of time to make sure they have it in stock. I hope this helps!

Well, I found out something about my local Dollar Tree...they actually have a discount section. Yup. Who knew? I was very curious as to what a "Dollar Store" would slash prices on. So, I went over to look. There were items for: 25¢, 50¢ + 75¢. These are not things for the discerning customer. I'd categorize them as "surprises." They had: a pair of baby Christmas socks (quite cute), folding storage bins w/o the original plastic wrapper, a set of Shamrock lights which run on batteries that were missing 1 of the 10 Shamrocks as well as other assorted + sundry items. Very fun to rummage thru. (I felt bad for the Shamrock lights, so I bought them.)

To be honest, I’m disappointed with this Dollar Tree location. I was optimistic when I walked inside and saw the pure size of the store, but I wasn’t particularly happy with the organization or the cleanliness. With the wraparound design, I felt like the aisles could have been more cohesive with like products being organized together. Regardless, I was able to find what I needed and it is nice getting household products at a discounted price. Checking out, I was also disappointed that this location didn’t have any self service counters. While I’m all for in person cashiers, a self checkout option would have been nice to avoid the lines. Also, when it was my turn to checkout, the clerk didn’t say a word or make eye contact with me. He wasn’t “rude” per say, but personalities make a difference in what franchise location you’re choosing to shop at. Overall, I appreciate the convenience of this location to my work, but I’ll probably continue to shop at the Patterson location instead.

Horrible customer service. The cashier, Angel, was rude and careless—dumped my items out of the basket with no regard for damage and was dismissive when I addressed it. The store is already chaotic, and this attitude made it worse. Won’t be back.

Had by far the worst encounter with a cashier by the name of Rin (might be Erin but her name tag was littered with stickers so Rin was the only thing shown). As the line was super long at the one checkout line she opened a new register. I got to the cash register and she said “no… you have to go in the back of the line for the other register as they were waiting before you”. This is a new line for a new register, that isn’t typically how this works. What bothered me was the way she said it. She was extremely rude. Would give negative stars if I could. I understand it’s dollar tree but you could at least be polite.

This is one of the better dollar tree stores I’ve been in, it’s a clean store with many different kinds of products with good quality for a cheap price. They have a big selection of candy that I like and buy often and the people who work there are very friendly as well.

You really can’t beat the price — $1.25 and that’s it. In a time when everything feels like it’s getting more expensive every week, it’s actually nice to walk into a place where you know you’re still getting a good deal. For everyday stuff, small household items, snacks, cleaning supplies, toys for the kids, or even little surprises, it’s honestly unbeatable. The fact that you can walk in with just a couple of dollars and walk out with a bag of things you actually needed is something you don’t find many places anymore. It might sound simple, but that price point is what keeps us coming back. It feels fair, it feels consistent, and it makes grabbing last-minute things so much easier. Even when we weren’t planning on shopping, we always end up stopping in because you never know what new stuff they’ll have for that $1.25. It really is one of the few places left where you can stretch your money and still get good, useful items. You just can’t beat it.
