Customer service is very poor with long waiting time to check out.The store is disarranged with products on the floor .Homeless people outside the door asking for change as they act like a valet door openers .

The store is always dirty and people literally follow you around.. never stole anything never walked out without paying. I go there about 2x a week and they are absolutely rude and profile their customers.

We needed 84 sets of mittens to give to students for Christmas, but the items were sold out online and in many of the local stores. I called ahead to see if they were in stock and Robert was incredibly helpful. He counted what they had, set them aside for me, and had the transaction ready to go when I got there. Thank you for helping put a smile on the kids faces!

I just discovered this store and have even gone back a second time the next day. Very very clean store, so organized and fully stocked with just about anything you need. And unlike other "dollar " stores, this one has nothing over a dollar. I couldn't believe a dollar store could be so nice. The staff are all nice and courteous.. I will definitely be a repeat customer!!!!

Well what can I say,,,it's the dollar tree. Okay it's the 1.25 tree. All the cashier's are very pleasant. Like most stores now they never have enough cashier's and long lines. A smaller and cheaper Walmart 😳

I love this Dollar Tree, they have many things. Although not happy with the management, not sure if she's a manager, I think she might be bc she tells workers what to do there. She wasn't wearing a badge. She was very unprofessional, she had a line of people and was complaining that she hadn't had a break, she's usually in a mood when I go in never smiles or says thank you. I feel like she has to put up with us customers. She practically threw the receipt at me. The one girl who's always happy and nice is Patty. That's why this review got a 3 or else I would have put a 1 just bc I like dollar tree. I'm not going to mention her name here but I did get it on receipt.

This is the first Dollar Tree I’ve ever been to. I come here because it is the closest to my house, otherwise I wouldn’t. There are always baskets full of go backs lined up in the front of the store, no matter what time of day it is. The last 3 times that I shopped there, there was only 1 cashier and the line was backed up almost to the back of the store (at least 15-20 people in line). I love all of the things that I can find at Dollar Tree, but I don’t recommend this particular location to anyone

terrible manager. witness the manager (tall-ish blonde hispanic women possibly named Salena) with a terrible attitude, berating the employee and customer. the customer only has a certain amount in snap benefits and the manager comes all frustrated like her time was wasted just to cancel the transaction. horrible attitude with no customer service. poor old man probably has it hard enough living with snap benefits and then get treated horribly like it was his fault because his total was over his allotted ebt amount. manager could have cancel the transaction without a bitchy attitude, but choose not to.

Last night I came in and the cashier Talisa was the only employee in sight. The line from her register stretched 3/4 down the aisle. No one opened another register. No manager or assistant manager came to help. As a former store assistant manager I would come off my break when necessary. Not sure what the problem is with the management of this store. The excuse of being short staffed again is a management problem. Signs are always up stating they are hiring but yet never enough staff. I know several retirees, college students and people wanting a second job who have applied and never hear back. So, again not sure what's going on. The 5 stars go to Talisa not the management.

For my family to literally shop at this specific location every single day, and the two female employees working tonight tell me that my money is "too dirty" for them to accept is a bunch of BS! IT'S BAD ENOUGH THAT THIS LOCATION HAS HORRIBLE LINES CONSTANTLY AND EMPLOYEES THAT LITERALLY TAKE THEIR SWEET TIME TO DO THEIR JOB... These employees didn't even attempt to use the marker to check the bill that I gave them to pay for my stuff but rather come to a conclusion amongst the two of them that it was too dirty and therefore they thought it was not real. Unbelievable like seriously train your employees better!!!! I'm sorry I'm a mechanic and my money tends to not look like it was just printed.... Money is the dirtiest thing that everybody deals with daily...

I like this store that sell a lot of different things including snacks, food and drinks, household items, kitchen, goods, cosmetics, greeting cards and etc at the low price. The location is good close to stores and restaurants; UPS is next door. The parking might be too tight because there are many stores around.

Well, same old deal, gotta try to find Somebody to help you. That gives a hoot, a lot of them do. And there's a lot of them that don't, oh it's way over there, yeah, over there. Help yourself. I love it when I go into places. Similar to this that actually save. So you say I'll go check for you. And actually find it very quick and their time wasn't wasted and neither was yours. Win-win situation, sales !

It's dollar store. Your going to get what you pay for. Yes they are cheaper then regular stores but the item your buying is much smaller than it is at a store such as Walmart or raley's. So if you want to know if it's a good deal you would need to know the regular size. But if your not wanting bigger sizes then it's a fun place to just buy a bunch of items. After all who needs a huge Candy bar for 4 bucks at other places or the same thing half the size for half the price. say shopping at a store for samples I bought quite a bit of stuff my cart was pretty darn full and so was the conveyor belt cost me a little over 60 bucks. The cons you cannot take the grocery cart outside So if you have a lot of stuff you have to carry it. That is very inconvenient especially for me this trip i am not supposed to carry things right now i have 5 broken ribs. I always forget that you can't take the cart outside else i would not have shopped there this time. Also they could use another person to call up and help out up front. I think people get into an office job and that's what they do. Every kind of store i have worked in. Our office person would come out and get the lines down. It's not just the checkers job it's the job of everyone who has been trained on the register. It would have taken a few minutes from someone's time to help the girl up front get the lines down. An you getting people thru the lines and making them happy and it keeps the flow of the store moving. Then back to whatever that person was doing. Stores do not care if the customer is happy or maybe in a hurry. But keep the customers moving in and out of your store and there will be less losses. When there is a big group of people then things go into pockets so easily. Best thing to do is detet that behavior by having a floater. One to call to check and then go back to throw stock. I noticed in the shampoo many bottles have been leaking there was somebody in that aisle that worked there and i let her know. Not only was it gross because there was more than one bottle leaking it was all over the place on the bottom shelf I'm sure they would have gone to the floor soon. I look up and many shelves have leaking bottles on them. I say that is odd she said no it's not when they stop the shelves they don't care if they're leaking they pick him up just like that without even wiping them down. I can't even imagine all employee just doing that and thinking it's ok. But besides that it's s good store and the shelves are usually pretty stocked
