Ahsahne was extremely rude and had an attitude that we had to put things back. She slammed our stuff and kept asking if we really wanted stuff.when we said thank you she said “mhm” and nothing else.

Really nice store, in fact it was one of the nicest Dollar generals I have been to. They had just about everything and the prices were good. The clerk was also one of the nicest people I have met. Will definitely go back there soon.

Great customer service, respects COVID restrictions, always stocked up, and carts are kept under control (even though people leave them in random spots of the parking lot). And, as you would expect from any Dollar General: Great selection of cleaning products, self care products, drawn/written activities, food, beverages, and makeup, all at great prices.

No one at front register! Waiting at register with light on and takes customer that’s behind me. Doesn’t acknowledge that I’m there. I said I was waiting to which he said that customer was here first! She was not at the front waiting she may have went to go get something else! Could have just said ma’am I’ll be right with you! Poor Custer Service!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! The store workers LITERALLY close WHENEVER they feel the need without regard for posted store hours. I have left msgs for the store manager Josh to call me back; not sure if he received the messages or not. Would love to speak with someone from corporate to share my experiences. If they knew how this store was being ran, they would be very concerned. I haven't shopped here since Sept 4th and I don't plan on patronizing ever again. The place is not organized well and there is stuff just everywhere. I choose to go out of my way to visit the location on Darwin where I will be treated with respect. Customer service training is definitely needed. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

It is horrible when the women or I will say young ladies work they are slow and always socializing never polite to customers or quick to take care of them. Now the men working they have good customer service skills and are always helpful, curtious and quick to help you get in and out without waiting very long. Please get rid of the women or put them on a slow shift and bring the men in more as they know how the job should be done.

There was a woman there I think her name is Patty? These employees are all trying to stock up and she keeps calling one of them to come to the cash register for the customers. I understand the store gets busy but she was just walking around doing nothing and going in and out of the store smoking cigarettes. 5 stars for the employees there but 0 for her.

Totally disgusting. When I first walked into the store, the clerk was flirting with the Coke venter . I did my shopping and she was still with the Coke vendor. I asked if anyone else was there and she responded are you in a hurry? I I asked for her name, and she said Diamond the one and only and asked if I was in a hurry. I said yes I wasn’t feeling well and she said well you should have a mask on . Diamond also stated that she was not the one to be messed with. I have never been treated so poorly anywhere in the US as in this store. Do better.!!!!

No employees to be seen in store. When I got to the register the cashier was on the phone outside. Walked in scanned my items and the first time I heard her voice was to tell me what I owed. No hello. No good afternoon. No I'm sorry. There were carts in the aisles in the way of items. This was not a good experience. This store USED to be clean and organized.

Came here to pick up a FedEx box. The only employee working the counter was very sick, sweating, beet red, coughing, complaining he had just thrown up in the back and couldn’t be relieved. Forcing employees to work under these conditions is inhumane and inconsiderate as it puts customers with compromised immune systems at risk.

None of the employees help with the coupons. I asked simple basic questions and every answer is "Im not sure" I left my entire cart behind with $133 worth of goods and went to Walmart. Not worth the aggravation. This was after waiting in a 20 min line while one employee was outside trying to hold her cigarette and gather the shopping carts at the same time.

Let me start Walk in everybody just looks at you. Nobody doesn’t say hello.!!! The manager is rude. I’m not sure what the Spanish guy name is, but he literally gave me a hard time today ! I bought one piece of candy that cost $1.07 , I did cash back. He decided to give me 210s I asked may I please have a 10 and two fives or 10 five and some ones . He says no, we don’t have enough change for that? How you don’t have enough change for $20? Secondly, I had to buy another piece of candy for $1.07 And got changed for that? That didn’t make any sense!!!!!

Every time I go to the Dollar General store, all the cashier people are always talking to me and asking me who am I giving something to when I buy a steam card or a razor gold card or an Apple Card or any kind of card all the people that work in the store all the cashier people are always asking me. Who am I giving this to or who am I buying this to first of all? It’s none of anybody’s business second of all you don’t know me and you don’t know my family and you don’t know my friends so why even ask that it’s very rude and it’s not right so it’s not of anybody’s business who am I giving the card to because you don’t know me my friends are my family I really don’t appreciate it either so the next time I go to the Dollar General please do not ask who I’m giving the card to I really don’t appreciate it so please do not ask me. Who am I buying it for or who am I giving it to? I am not giving it to people online if that’s what people are thinking because if you think that then people are out of their minds, so please do not ask that and thank you
