Came in early to get 1 item and the man working there saw me standing there for 5 minutes and yelled at another employee named Pam to check me out when he could of easily done it.

Terrible customer service! We used to frequent here, but will no longer be spending my money here. I'd rather spend extra at Harps. Went once 5 minutes befor closing and the doors were locked and the 2 cashiers just stared at me. By the time i was acknowledged a girl said they were closed. I showed her my phone "now" showing minute till, she said her clock said 10 and closed the door. All I needed was detergent from the back shelf since my kids had stomache bugs and a ton of linens to wash. Several times in the past summer my kids and I have gone in for snacks to take to the pool. We had swim clothes on most of these times; however, one of these particularly hot days we went in and my son had his trunks and a pair of jeans. The same girl from before told my 8 yr old son he couldnt come in with no shirt..he would have to stand outside "in the heat". There was not a single sign stating this. We walked here so my kids could get a treat and some ice cream. I told her it was super hot, we walked here, he's just a kid, and the baby doesn't have a shirt either because its hot. She again stated "you guys can come in, but he cannot". I told my son forget it and come pick a treat, i am paying you are not. He was scared and upset so he stayed outside. Who treats a kid like that! His 10 year old sister went in to pick him a treat while i stood at the front door with my baby so i could keep an eye on her brother outside. Horrible service, sadly by the same girl. That was the last straw. After that day I had to explain to my kids that they were mistreated, and that was not okay. This store will no longer be receiving our business. I am done!

Stopped by here to pick up emergency hair bows and a pair of socks for my granddaughter. I was surprised to find that this store doesn't carry any clothes! They have adult socks but not kids sizes.I'm sure they have financial reasons for this, but the whole point of having a store every few miles is that you depend on them having the same things everywhere.

The employees here are generally helpful and are able to point customers in the correct direction for items. The store itself is a bit dirty, not in the best of locations, but what can you expect from a dollar store? It's got a small selection of cold foods and beer.

Shelves are never stocked with products only bare shelves where items should be. Very difficult to find what you are looking for because aisles are not organized or labeled. I will say they are on point in customer service and care. Cashier's have always shown me respect and kindness.

Staff is nice and find-able when you need assistance. Convenient and affordable with LOTS of options on just about everything from birthday balloons to cat litter. There is even lots of decently priced grocery items it started shopping exclusively for here.

Really don't like the fact that the employees treat the customers rudely. They seem to never honor the discounts even if it's saved in my digital file and the price marked in the back says with the coupon the price was 5.50 however he was charging me almost twelve and told me I was lieing Wouldn't go check to verify what I was telling him then proceed to act like me putting my number in for the coupon to pull up. I'm just so through with this location all together. It's always dirty and stuff cluttering the aisles and most of the employees are unhappy at work.

I called early asking if we can grab some boxes for moving. I used to work for Dollar General so I know that they let people grab free boxes after they are done stocking the items from the box. I talked to the GM and he was cool with me coming up in the afternoon and picking some up. After getting to the store I told a lady that I was there to pick up some boxes and she acted like they couldn't do that. I let her know that I already spoke to the GM and he was okay with it, she then let me know that he was a new manager and that the company usually wants the boxes sent back. I know for a fact that's not true. She said she would ask and went into the managers office to speak with him. She left me standing outside for awhile but I could slightly hear what they were saying. They both came out of the office after a long time and completely forgot about me and the reason I was there. I didn't catch her name but she was an older lady and was pretty rude. They continued talking to each other while I stood there being ignored. I just walked out and went elsewhere. Very disappointed and we won't be back.

The people are friendly, but I was sold chocolate that expired over a year ago. They clearly aren't going through all of their stock to check for things that have expired. I've tried calling to let them know and no one answered the phone

Being somewhat generous with three stars because I've never had an outwardly horrible experience here. It's just overall subpar and a ton of little inconveniences. Anything in the freezer aisle is at serious risk of being rotten. On more than one occasion I've had milk and frozen food be spoiled despite not being past expiration, I'm guessing improper storage/handling. Staff is a mixed bag. There's some super friendly workers and some super abrasive ones. They all seem overworked regardless. Inventory is largely fine. They're well stocked around holidays (for every occasion) and have a decent amount/variety of staple foods as well. I have seen spilled food on shelves and especially disorganized, hard to decipher areas of the store. It's gotten better in that regard though. Overall, below average even for Dollar General, but fine in a pinch.

This Dollar General location is absolutely disgusting. It smells like mold, is very disorganized, isn’t clean, and the shelves aren’t full with product, as well as rotated properly. Tonight I went to get a few things and when I got home and opened the can of cream of chicken, it was completely molded. Corporate needs to do better.

this place is terrible!! the guy who works cashier i think his name is joe, his attitude is so irritable and nasty with costumers.. i’m not sure if he’s withdrawing from the 💊 he takes or if he’s just having a bad day but lord almighty hes horrible!!!!!

Will never shop here again. The manager Keisha is rude and belligerent.Its bad enough you have to risk being approached by drug addicts just between your car and the door. Having a manager that is unpleasant to paying customers who aren't themselves upset or being rude is inexcusable.

Oh no. The lady I posted in the photos wouldn’t let me in the store when they were still open. Had people in line and walking around the store. It’s Christmas Eve 9:55 PM store still open for 5 minutes and she had the front door locked. I was waiting in the cold until she Let a women out with 2 more customers in line still and she told me no. I said, “I just need to grab one thing” and she said, “no we are closed” So unprofessional. Even dollar tree would never let their employees pull a card like that on a holiday or not.
