Vinny and the guys at Details, Etc. detailed my mother’s Lincoln Continental last month and my Toyota Sienna Minivan today - both of which were really dirty and full of dog hair (despite my trying to get all of that out ahead of time). I have used other auto detailers before and am always disappointed by something that was missed or not done 100%, and have always figured I’m just too picky. To my great surprise and immense pleasure, both cars looked BRAND NEW and there was not a single hair in either vehicle. I figured my mom’s experience last month was a “fluke” when I brought my van in this morning, not expecting the guys to do such a superlative job again... but I don’t remember my van looking that good the day we picked it up at the dealership! On top of that, they are really pleasant, friendly and work hard to honor time constraints. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

My husband had my 11 year old Toyota Solara convertible detailed (for the first time ever!!) as a Mother's Day gift to me. Details, Etc. in Wellesley did an excellent job at a fair price ($225). All the scratches and dings they could remove, they did! The car was shiny and new looking inside and out, including the areas of the door when you open the car door that hadn't been cleaned for 11 years! The car looks almost brand new inside and out! (Then I checked the gas tank cover: every time I got gas I looked at the disgusting mess under the cover and thought I should clean it and never did. ) They had even cleaned that!!! It looked as though I had just bought the car! I am very impressed with the results and highly recommend them!

I had an interior detail of my 10 year old car and it looks like new! I was so surprised when I found out they even cleaned my wheels and gave it a wash. I can't say enough about how great they were. They are also very reasonably priced.

Did a good job cleaning, but took longer and charged more than expected. Make sure you ask exactly how much they will charge after they see your car or you'll be unpleasantly surprised with a substantial and arbitrary surcharge. Employee was also borderline snarky when I was surprised by the upcharge.

Highly Recommend! The team at Details Etc. could not have been better to work with for the detailing on our Passat. We hired them to do a complete detail, as well as refurbish two very badly curbed wheels - they were fast to get me a quote for both, and worked to find a time to get both services completed in one day. When I picked up the car, I could not believe how well they were able to restore it to showroom condition. The wheels look like new, and even minor scratches over the body of the car were erased by their detailing work. The attention to detail, professionalism, and excellent customer service make us excited to use them for any future detailing work. Worth every penny!
