They changed to a debit card system. I didn't realize you had to stop it. It will auto add more time so just beware and read directions. Called them with what I did and he said "no problem" and kicked me back the extra. Thanks for that. Not sure why people have said prices are high, seem compatible. Plus Vacuum runs a long time which is always a pet peeves.

A week after using the car wash, I checked my online bank statement and the card machine at this place had charged me too much and then refunded the extra money that had been withdrawn a couple days later without me calling. Sketchy? Nothing wrong with the car wash itself though.

What a horrible carwash. I went one time and the machine froze up mid wash so I kept swiping my card to get it to go again, but it never restarted itself. I called the owner (who's number I had to track down because it's not the one listed on The machines) and he assured me i wouldn't be charged. Well a few days later I got a $15 charge on my card and my car still has soap stains. I figured I'd give it another try today and the vending machine (to purchase car scents) ate $2 and wouldn't return it or let me buy anything. Tl; Dr avoid this carwash unless you want your money stolen.

This business is a sham and you should definitely not go here EVER as their facilities are apparently use at your own risk and they ripped me off. I went there for the automatic car wash and I wasn't 100% sure whether or not it was broken. The card reader was saying to swipe the card and make a selection, but the automatic car wash bay had a light blinking indicating that it was in use. I slid my card to see what would happen and I got charged, but the automatic washer itself did nothing other than continuing to blink that it was in use, even as I drove through to see if it would do anything. So I was charged and received nothing for it. There is no information what's so ever on the premises of who to contact. So not only is their equipment left in disrepair, but they leave it running so that you can still be charged for using their non-functioning equipment and if there is any sort of a problem there is no way to contact anyone for assistance.

This is the WORST car wash in Bellingham. Not only do you have to pay by credit card to even start....The vacuum cleaners don't work, so you wait 48 hours to get back the $15 that they charge to vacuum,, they don't clean out the stalls to wash your car and leave nails all over the place to pop your tires!

They cheat. I just exchanged $ 5 and I was only given 4 dollar coins. Stole $ 1. Then I put $ 2 into the machine, but the machine did not turn on and did not return the money. They stole two more dollars from me. I do not recommend this car wash. I will never use this car wash again.

Update: 3 days later the charge was corrected to the correct amount of 12$. Thank you Paid for the 12$ car wash, got billed for 15$. nothing that said there would be a 3 or even 2 dollar card fee. I understand 9% for sales tax but not the extra 2$ on top of that.

This place was a catastrophe when I moved to Bellingham in 2021 and had actually managed to get worse when I visited town in September 2024. The tap-to-pay reader has never been replaced, they still authorize your card for $10 for an $8 wash (although it posts properly later), and while my car may sometimes emerge a bit cleaner, it's a guarantee I'll feel gross after giving them my money.

I will not return. The Playstation, is outdated and in ill repair. Went to put money in the bill slot (a$20) only to discover it wasnt actually a bill slot bet an empty hole... so of course I didn't get my $20 back and then had to pay with my credit card. So that 14 car wash costs me $34. I called their phone number, well of course a vm, and SURPRISE!! No return call EVER! I call that a dishonest rip off...

Advertisement says “$1.50 for 4 mins of vacuum service” Said to accept change, credit/debit. No change slot, so I swiped my card and it gave 5 mins and 50 seconds. Odd amount of time but i continued with the service anyways. Not only was there horrible suction but it charged me $10 for what felt like 2 mins. Only did my passenger and was curious how much they charged me and I just packed my stuff up and left. Called the number, no answer. Never coming back. HORRIBLE SERVICE, please don’t ever come here

Center vacuum does not work, but it took my money anyway. I put out of order sign on station to prevent others from getting money taken as well. Left a voicemail with the details auto wash phone number in hopes they will return money. Did not try other vacuums because I'm afraid they will also not work.

I did the SELF wash; it’s hard to find a decent self care wash in Bellingham. I do believe this one was just freshly renovated (just a couple months ago I believe people were living in the bays), the nozzles leaked quite a bit but they got the job done. Do I want to come here to wash my cars? No. Is there any other option? Not in the area of Bellingham. (KarL B Clean doesn’t refill their soaps… this place, all options were filled with soap/wax/etc.) Will come back again if it lives up to my experience today.

The touchless wash charged me twice the amount due at $20 USD when the service requested cost $10 USD. I called the company to resolve the problem and the representative corrected the issue promptly -- I'll definitely continue to use the service as they rarely have lines in contrast with the washes operating in Vancouver

I paid $8 for a car wash that didn't work. The machine stopped partway through, and despite our efforts to restart it, we couldn't get it to work again. I ended up paying $20 for a car wash that could have easily been done for $8 to $10.

Charged me $13 for 7 minutes of vacuum use. Never refunded the $10 hold. Do not use their equipment!

I used the self wash 3 times and never had an issue, only charged $10 or less and never had leaks, hose had good pressue and my car left squeaky clean. I never tried the vacuums or drive thru wash, i have good floor mats so i just dump the rocks out every now and then, no vacuum needed

I used a vacuum machine for my car, but the device wasn’t working. Even worse — it charged my card twice. There was no stop button, and for some reason, it took the payment two times. No one is giving me a clear answer. I never received the service I paid for. I do not recommend anyone go back to that place again.

Visiting from vancouver all the time and the touchless wash works great. Not sure why everyone's reviewing bad. I used the self serve one too since I just had an area and needed to clean it, and although it did pre auth more, it posted the correct amount. Waaaay cheaper than any carwash location in the Vancouver lower mainland area as well. The owner also picks up the phone so I'm not sure why people aren't calling if they have issues...
