We had a great experience using Bruce for a new home theater! He is very responsive, cost conscious, and looked out for our best interests. Even when we faced delays that were out of his control, Bruce thought up a solution in time so we could watch a critical football game at the end of the college football season. We also have to mention Bruce had some help from Ed, who was also awesome!
