I had a new tire installed on Friday. The indicator on the dashboard said my tire was low. I stopped at Delta Sonic to get gas. I asked if they could check my tire pressure. It seemed okay, but it was recommended that I return to the tire store when I went home. Relived, I went on my way. When I got in the car to return, the tire quickly started losing air. I knew I wouldn’t make it to my tire shop, so I stopped at Delta Sonic again to see if the tire could be re-inflated. Instead, they removed the tire and put the donut on so I could make it to the tire store. Whim Jim put the donut on, Maks checked the tire to find the problem. He discovered the problem, which was very helpful when I got to the tire store. I don’t know what I would have done without Maks & Jim! It was a slow drive in 5:00 traffic, but I made it to the tire store 10 miles away. I don’t know what I would have done without the help from Maks and Jim! Thank you, guys!!

All of my tires were low in the cold today. I stopped in at Delta Sonic in Penfield to see about filling them. Nic had me pull around and filled them all for me at no charge. He was polite, conscientious, and efficient. It was a big help, and I really appreciated his great customer service, which is hard to come by these days. Thank you, Nic!

My tire pressure dash light came on, I pulled into the closet gas station on my route home Delta Sonic it was😊I drove up and a young man in a uniform asked if he could help me I told him my tire light cane on and that i didnt know how to use the air machine. He said sure I can help you with that. It was so cold out he told me to go back in my car he would do it. I asked him his name he said Jake, he was so polite and more than accommodating. I definitely would not hesitate to stop at that Delta Sonic again when I am out in Penfield for work

I got the inside and outside of my car cleaned. Jake and Tyler were so helpful with getting me where I needed to go as I had never been there before and I was only there for 40 minutes for both!! Jake even offered to put air in my tires for me! I will definitely be returning.

Good experience with Nic— very personable. We think the car was finished in 30-45 minutes? We received a message that said we would be notified when the car was finished, but that never arrived. We didn’t stay on location, so just assumed it was finished and returned before the 6pm closing. Nic said he didn’t know of the name of the person that helped him quick detail our car, so not sure who actually did the work. Specifically asked for windows to be cleaned, which looked great until we drove away and most of the inside of the windshield was smeared with something that obscured view under streetlights and we had to stop to clean to continue driving. We paid an extra fee of $25 just to have to clean it ourselves. We didn’t catch her name, but she was absolutely less than pleasant to both patrons and employees. Dark hair, possibly started with a K or M? Otherwise, the car was cleaned about as well as we would have done ourselves on a Saturday afternoon. We won’t come back to this location for service. We do like this location because it is never busy. I suppose our experience today may explain why. Also, that angle to get into the car wash… ooof.

I want to take a moment to share my experience with the amazing staff and management team at Delta Sonic in Penfield, NY. On Monday, I accidentally lost my wallet at the store. I didn’t even realize it was missing until two days later.....by then, I was going crazy trying to figure out where I had last used it. Eventually, I remembered I had tipped the kind gentleman who cleaned the inside of my car, so I called Delta Sonic to check.To my relief, the management team told me they had found a wallet that matched my description. When I went in to see it, it turned out to be mine with nothing missing. In fact, there was even a bit more cash in it than I remembered having! I can’t express how much this experience meant to me. I had been going through a tough time personally and had started to lose faith in humanity. But what the staff at Delta Sonic and that honest person did completely restored my faith. Their integrity, honesty, and genuine care really touched my heart. A huge thank you to the entire Delta Sonic team and the good Samaritan who brought my wallet in. Your kindness made a lasting impact.... it’s something I’ll never forget. Anne

I had been going to the Webster Delta Sonic for a period because the Justin did a good job, however he was transferred. I asked the guy on the phone about my regular Wax job, he gave me the usual price. I did ask him if they would simply wipe the rims during the wax job, he said no, it's an additional $80.00. I wasn't pleased so I called Penfield where I've many times. I told them about Webster's phone call, wiping my rims, they seemed to understand, and told me, no problem.. So I was there half hour later. Due to the remodeling it was difficult to park and wait but I did call them and told them I was in restaurant parking lot next door. The supervisor, Cierra, and another young lady came out and spoke with me. I was impressed, very professional. The young man who did my truck was "Jared Miller", he did a nice job. Well due to recent weather, my baby "Black Nell" definitely needed cleaning. Today 3/10/ I went out to Delta Sonic Penfield where I always end up going to even though it's a bit out of my way. :) I spoke to Dennis the detail shop supervisor, he's a good guy. We went over the prices and I decided to have the interior steamed, and the 90 day buffing. He assigned "Anthony M'. I was really impressed with Anthony M. He took his time and did a great job. My baby is just like new. 5 stars again for Delta Sonic Penfield. Also I was impressed with their recent remodeling. The place looks great and clean. Well it had been a few weeks since I had my truck cleaned up, so I headed to Penfield. Penfield is the best run Delta Sonic in my opinion. They're all polite and professional. Today Chad did my cleanup. Washed, Waxed, Vacuumed inside. I highly recommend him if you go to the Delta Sonic Penfield. 5 Stars for Penfield! 10/02/25 In the past few days I have been extremely busy and my truck needed attention. So as I always end doing when I want to make sure the wash is good, I go to Delta Sonic Penfield. In the past some of the Delta Sonic's wash brushes don't do the best job. But at Penfield they always do for me.I know a few of the people there, and they're all nice. Well awhile back I met "Cierra". A nice young lady who goes out of her way to make customers happy. She saw me today and handled my business. This is why Delta Sonic gets 5 stars.

I would love to recognize Kristina at the Penfield Delta Sonic for her exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, creating a truly welcoming experience. Kristina went above and beyond on my vehicle. Her attention to detail was outstanding—she took the time to power-wash every spot, removing all the dirt and even the stubborn bird droppings that had been covering my car. When she was finished, my car looked absolutely amazing. Her work ethic is remarkable, especially considering how physically demanding the job is. Yet she performs it with genuine care, dedication, and a smile the entire time. Because of her, I had a wonderful experience, and I look forward to returning. I know that both myself and my car will always be in excellent hands when Kristina is there.
