I received a free Ever Wash membership and chose this location to use. I used the Best Touch free wash and it is excellent. This is the first car wash that I've gone through that actually cleans my car thoroughly! I'm looking forward to coming back.

I was looking for an automated place that doesn't use a rail system. Didn't want to risk damage to my wheels. This was just the place I needed. I got the $10 wash, which was a pretty good deal for what it offers. If you get your car washed at least twice a month, I would recommend the monthly plan. It's a great deal. Best of all, it's Tesla safe, even though the one I did was not totally touchless. Update: I don't know if they switched the product used, but now my windshield and windows have tiny specs on them that shines in the sunlight. It's almost looks like glitter, blocking my view. This happened on the most expensive wash, with the addition of wax and whatnot. Before this place, I tried the cheapest touchless cleaner/wax combo I could find on Amazon and it did the same thing. Took months for it to clear up. Can only do the base wash now, which doesn't clean that well. Also, the blower doesn't go into full motion until 7 seconds pass, so that's dry time customer doesn't get. Blower also doesn't reach the rear of the car, so it's always soaking wet, as shown in the picture.

Tried the touch free automatic side which left my car looking worse so I ended up having to use the self service. Having to manually wash my car after going through the automated car wash service was horrible. I was sure I had wasted my money and really irritated by the time I was done but decided to call the number to see if I could get something done to remedy the situation and was able to immediately speak with someone that reimbursed me for the auto wash that didn't wash. Will only return to use self service.

I just moved to Vegas and needed a safe, clean and a carwash that offers both self-wash bays and automatic wash capabilities. I’m so glad I found Decatur Autowash. During my due diligence and before I used this carwash for the first time on Sunday (8/10), I stopped by to check it out when I was visiting in mid-July. I spoke to an attendant (his name was Seth) regarding different car wash options (including monthly pass). Seth was courteous, professional and provided answers to all my questions. Additionally, when I called the main number, I received the same level of courteous service. When I used the self-wash bay on August 8th, everything worked properly. I exchanged dollar bills for tokens with ease and accuracy, the self-wash bay was clean and worked perfectly. However, I did not utilize the vacuums. Even though I live on the strip, I’m happy to make the long drive to Decatur Carwash. In my opinion, anyone rating Decatur Carwash less than five (5) stars is being dishonest.

Just the type of car wash I was looking for. The drive thru type have the tendency to leave scrat he's and swirl marks. This has the nozzle and separate brush. Kinda nostalgic to me actually. The type of place you pull in and wash and detail your car while your music is playing. A car person's type of place.

Was looking for a new place to hand wash. This place was really run down. It was still ticking on the previous customers time, so I canceled it for them. The selector knob did not work, you had to turn it further in order for it to react. They had nonsens gimmics such as an extra wax, "hot wax" but the temperature was not hot so what was "hot" about it? They were just trying to fool you into gunking your car again so that you had to spend more time washing it off. These self washes that are rarely maintained in order to work as they were designed to, probably make money from the fact that people dont know how to use them, and when their car ends up not getting clean, they think it was they who made a mistake.

The car wash part is fine and I can wash my car for about $3, but the vacuums are pretty weak - practically unusable. So when I'm done I just drive down to WOW car wash and use their heavy duty vacuums for free.

* update - I was able to wash my truck another time. 1st time using touchless. The sides were not clean after and I could still see wipe marks from the Christmas decor I had on truck. Had to hand wipe the sides, but the rest looked decent. I will update my review when I do wash my truck. I was looking for a touchless wash and tried coming today. Maybe I picked a bad time, but the line was crazy. Only 1 touchless bay, so we sat forever. After 3 cars and 30 minutes, I gave up with 2 cars still ahead of me. Will try again another time.

Used the self-service bay. Wide bays for easy access. Low cost and only 4 tokens ($4) to start the machine. Provided roughly 6 minutes of time. Soap brush looked clean and worked well. Same with the high pressure soap and spray. Will use again!

This place is great for all the people who don’t want circles engrained in there paint jobs from the automatic touch car washes. The problem I have with this particular company is most gas station car washed that are self service they are open 24 hours, this particular company one doesn’t open until 7 which means you are waiting in line on Fridays Saturday, and Sundays. I pulled up at 6:30 and there was a long line already for the touchleas wash. This company would be much wiser to keep it open so we have more options, otherwise you are pushing everyone towards Wow are you really giving away a much needed service to your competitors!
