I've been here 3 times in a year. Each time I tell myself that I won't be back. 1st time the machine took my money & they wash wouldn't start. 2nd, the foam brush wouldn't work. Then today, 3 of the 5 bays were open, all trash bins were full & trash was everywhere in the parking lot. 1st bay I tried, the brush bristles were wore down to nothing. 2nd bay had a sign that said "foam brush not working". I'm suprised Davison doesn't shut this place down

Avoid at all costs. A rain storm will clean your vehicle better. The cleaning supplies aren’t stocked, equipment is faulty, and the hose doesn’t have enough pressure to clean off basic dirt and grime.

Not a real car wash. It’s just a place to rinse the salt off the car in the winter. I’ve been here multiple times in the past 6 months and have never had soap in the “high pressure soap” and the foam brush has never worked. The only positive is the water pressure is strong so I can get the bugs and salt off my car for $1.75. If you want a car wash with soap you’ll need to go elsewhere.

The pressure wasn't much better than my garden hose at home. So I switched from high pressure rinse to high pressure soap. The pressure didn't get any better AND THERE WAS NO SOAP!!!!! JUST TEAR THIS PLACE DOWN AND PUT IN ANOTHER CAR LOT!! LOL

Put a $10 bill in and got the $9 wash. No change returned. Then washed car with no dryer available. Came out with just as dirty of a car. Cat prints all over still. Don't go to this place. Waste of money.

Have given this "car wash" multiple tries and each time disappointed. Today paid for the top wash. The automated system only spun the brushes and sprayed water, then the dryer did.not turn on. This place is in deplorable condition, not maintained well. Vacuums not working, trash everywhere. Save your time and money and head to another facility. Whoever owns thus place should be ashamed.

Automatic wash expensive, pd for a $7 wash pd with $10 didn't get change back. machine just sprayed water and jostled my car so bad my motion sickness kicked in. Dryer didn't do anything for drying off my car or removing water from my window. Completely regret choosing this place for my car wash.

Hands down the worst self car wash ever period nothing works but high pressure wash the lighting sucks, I had to bring out my headlamp. Water pressure hose leaks like a waterfall my pants socks and shoes soaked. Foam brush is missing is it even a foam brush at that point? Ahah knobs are missing on the panels. Had to use pliers to change settings but that wasn’t worth it because nothing works. Don’t waste your time here!

Almost all the vacuums coin slots are duct taped, the drive through wash wouldn’t accept my cash, Apple Pay, card tap or credit card. Months ago when it did let me go through using cash, the dryer didn’t even come on.

A few bays were closed, one bay didn't have a brush, one bay said the brush didn't work. The bay I chose didn't have any soap so all I got was plain water which didn't do much other than rinse service dirt off but left a thin layer of road grime. The only thing that seemed to work was the coin changer. Quarters only for the DIY bays (no cards). Basically it seems to be in need of proper maintenance, supplies, and updates. Disappointed I chose here to wash my vehicle.

Takes your money and doesn't wash your car. The help number is a dead link. Their mail address is HGC CAR WASH, PO BOX 430, DAVISON, MI 48423. Though that's probably a dead letter drop as well. Sad. Used to be a good, reliable place. All the one stars are here because there isn't a no star option.

Cost me $15 to wash my car!! On top of that two of the options did not work I'll never use this place again I have never in my life paid $15 for a wash your own car wash that is out of control and a complete ripoff

This place gets worse every week! High pressure rinse didn't work so I had to drive to another car wash to rinse......I will never use this place again. WORST CAR WASH IN MICHIGAN!!!!!! The owners don't fix anything...its a dump. Use the new self serve wash on Irish road by Windsor place its clean , new and doesn't rip you off.

Went through the automatic car wash on 2/6/26 Deposited $10 the machine did not give me my dollar back. The doors opened pulled forward. Told me to stop nothing inside was working. Told me to pull ahead. Stopped still nothing. I have called the number on the receipt every day and no return phone call I would not recommend this place.
