Rip off! Sells you used parts, which break down after a few weeks. Receptionist isn't worth anything. Dan gives you the run around after that, then bullies you off his lot. Avoid if possible.

My dad and I walked into the front office to ask about our truck which only had a dent in the door fixed and we’re told it would be 3 days and done. After 2 weeks we went there to ask why it was taking so long when one of the men threatened to hit my dad with a bat and the lady in the office threatens to use a 9mm of we didn’t leave. When we finialy hauled the truck out of the shop our truck is missing the side mirror, the radio and the transition was busted. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, they’re unprofessional, their thieves, and they don’t do their job.

They are literally god sent. I broke down right infront of their shop and they were the sweetest people. Pricing is crazy good. They don’t charge what half these people try to charge just for labor. I appreciate them

Dans auto shop had my sons truck for 6 months. It was there for a rebuild transmission. They took $1700. work was not done starter was missing holes in gas tank key fob lost . And still finding missing parts they hammered the dip stick in. My truck went in with $3,500 worth of work came out over$ 8,000 worth if work. I'm sueing

Do not use this place, they are a waste of time!! I spoke with Dan about getting my SUV fixed because it had broken down in Charleston, WV while traveling with my 3 kids from MO to NC. When I first spoke to him he was very nice. We made plans to meet the next day for him to fix my SUV, I texted him that morning to confirm because I had to get my brother to take me back there which was a 4 hour drive, I also told Dan all of this as well because I didn't want what happened to happen. When I got there he stopped answering my texts and calls, I called his shop and the guy who answered was very rude and said he was on a emergency call and would come to fix my SUV as soon as he got done, after that there shop closed and still have not received a call or anything. These people have no regard for anyone or anyone's time or money.

I was there for almost 9 hours because some young guy torqued my lug nuts and had to cut 3 of my studs off. Made me 3 hours late to work, and still charged me full price after me sitting in my truck for almost 9 hours. I couldn't leave because my truck was on a jack with the wheel stuck due to the employee. He usually does a good job, but the manager could have cut me a deal due to them tearing up my brakes and lug nuts. Nope FULL PRICE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK

Literally made me buy a car part for my car so they could fix it, and charged me good penny too. Refused to give me any receipts. My car consistently had the same issue, I brought it back and they claimed it was “sometimes new parts are bad too.” They made the problem worse and I had to get another car. They are the absolute worst, complete scammers!

Had my hood and side fenders fixed and painted 8 months ago. They used the wrong paint and it crackled and is chipping and bubbled everywhere. I was told they would take care of it and that was 8 months ago. They ignore all phone calls and even the owner will not answer his phone. They were an amazing place when Dan was still working but now they have gone down hill. Please beware taking anything here! They also, never replaced my side mirror or headlight that was paid for. Horrible service!

Speechless….. After having my car three weeks to change, spark plugs .Pictured are the spark plugs they claim to have replaced. I took it the next day when I could barely get it off their parking lot to Steve and Stacys for a tuneup These are the plugs they claimed to have replace if I had an option of giving no stars that’s what they would’ve gotten.

They had it for 5 days communication wasn't the best and vehicle is doing exactly the same thing it was when I dropped it off and they somehow burned over half a tank of fuel out of it taking it on a "20 mile test drive". They then called and said it FIXED ITSELF and drove fine. Went to pick it up and drive it home sbd it barely made it back to the house. They'll never get another dime of my money.

Paid for a service that was never completed. Lied to by the owner, threatened, refused to give me my money back. 0/10 would not recommend my child to take his toy car there.
