Good touch free drive thru car wash. In May or June of 2020, we went to wash my wife's car in the car wash and it did a good job and dryers worked good.

Called before showing up and told the guy I wanted to get my car detailed from the inside. Showed up and he looked inside and told me he couldn’t do it because it was going to take him 3 hours to do it and he was alone. Keep in mind when I showed up they had no cars there to detail and he was inside the office just sitting down. Thanks for wasting my time and my gas.

Use this car wash all the time- today I went and used the air hose to dry- they have 2 hoses taped together on the last bay to make one long hose. They used electrical tape the tape left black sticky stuff everywhere had to use goo gone to get it all off. Then the hose where it’s taped, the tape has warn down and it scratched my car alllll up. Everywhere the hose touched the car- it’s scratched. They won’t answer the phone so I can’t call I go down there no1 is anywhere to be found that runs the place. I have used this place for a while I always use the bay next to the office today I had to use the last one and this happened.

It looks like a self-serve place, but they've got a two-lane automatic wash building that's honest-to-goodness touchless. No slapping rollers, no busted rear wiper arms, no bent antennas. Worth every cent.

$10 for the best wash at the automatic machine and my car still looks dirty. Good price, but sub-par job. $2 for the vacuum, which left a ton of dirt behind. Definitely won't be returning.

I've been coming here for years. Easy access near the freeway. Decent pricing for self serve car wash with plenty of options to get your car sparkling clean. Large bays for big vehicles and they even have a automated car wash as well

This place can’t even wash the dust off a car. They charge the same price as all express car washes, doesn’t have any bristles to scrub the car literally just throws water at you, and yet charge you $2 to use the vacuum for 4 minutes. And only takes quarters or tokens. So if you were expecting free vacuum time like all the other washes give you and you didn’t pack a bunch of quarters or cash to change, you’re screwed. Vacuum machine also took my quarters and didn’t give it back because it wasn’t a full $2 worth. No return coin button.

I exclusively use self-serve car washes and I've used many. Tried this place for the first time today and loved it!! It's a little pricier than others around: $3 to start the wash for 4min vs $2 typical and $2 to start the vac for 4min vs $1 typical, but it is so worth it. All the equipment is newer, in good shape and everything works exactly as expected or better. I hate when pressure is low, soap isn't sudsy and vacuums have little or no suction. They even have a sink with running water, many places don't anymore. I especially liked that an attendant is on hand during business hours to clean, make any repairs and assist customers. I made the mistake of sticking a $20 bill in the change machine before reading the sign, in plain view, that read "Oasis tokens only". The attendant was quick to offer to buy back what I didn't use. I'll definitely make my way back here even tho it's out of my way.

I had to clean my daughter’s car before returning it. The attendant was very kind. I liked this spot. It was clean and prices for drinks and car detailing products were very cheap. Vacuums are the best. You get more for what you pay.

Haven't used one of these in years. Actually was a nice experience. Was very easy to hand wash my car. But not to my surprise you better hustle because 10 minutes for the wash and rinse is all you get. Now they give you many options to pre-soak and so forth. They all have their value. But if your car or truck is big or particularly dirty, you're likely going to have to pay more to complete the task. But everything worked! You can actually get your car very clean with no headache or disappointments using this facility. I have to say for the cost and especially the convenience, it's worth the $5 I spent to wash my own car. I'll likely be back. My car was ridiculously dirty! But not anymore. I'm happy with the service here at D'Oasis. 🙂

I have been coming to this place since I moved to Riverside. It is a bit out of the way of my house but I still continue to come because. The place is Alway Clean, all of the wash functions work and the attendant always speaks to everyone. We have 5 cars in our household and they all get washed at this place

Don't understand what's going on at this place. It never is open in the early a.m. hours posted on line. Just saw the guy drive up, over an hour and 10 minutes late, in his yellow high performance sports car. Maybe they will open soon. I do believe I will be switching to a more dependable car wash. One with reliable hours that opens when they say that they will.

Went there today for the second or third time. Led my card through charge me $10. Usually the beeper goes off when you have a minute left most of the time I need just a couple more minutes not the whole time. I hit the button on the card machine a couple times gives me two more minutes. I finish rinsing and I’m good. This time I didn’t hear the warning bells go off and I was listening for it because I knew I was getting close. I was on the backside of my truck and it just stopped and I was covered in wax so I had to pay another $10 for two more minutes. I was pretty bummed. The attendant came up as I was leaving and asked me if everything was OK. I explained what happened and the way he responded was kind and willing to work with me and he was providing excellent customer service. He offered a couple of different things. I said no it’s fine. He offered to take care of me next time. That kind of service is rare these days.
