I wanted to try this place because they had more good reviews than bad, I am kind of disappointed that a $48 car wash with a basic interior clean that these two spots were missed. Just because I had one storage thing in one cup holder they did not even bother to move it and vacuum or wipe out underneath it so in a dual cup holder only one cup holder was cleaned and one was left dirty and they did not even vacuum in between the seats.

Proper hand wash. The only automation you’ll find is some water/soap sprayers and a dryer, everything else the team does by hand. They also attack the dirt with hand held sprayers first to loosen and remove the bulk of the dirt. If you want a quality wash and understand that comes at a corresponding price, D Hand is the place to go. If you want a cheap $8 wash that leaves your paint with swirl marks, go somewhere else.

$120 for a pretty full clean. Its not top notch, but they do a pretty good job. I camp/offroad a lot - this is where I go for a “detail”. My kids spilled sun screen on the floor mats in the photo - that doesnt come out 🤣. Overall, I think they do a decent job. I keep coming back.

Although diligent .. they miss a lot of spots for so many people on detail also lack of communication. Car wash does not clean or spray like it should ( no pressure) . Over priced for service . I do not recommend unless in a rush and want to pay expense . Thanku for reading centennial .

Today I stopped by to have my car cleaned and detailed. I specifically asked that the cargo mat not be removed just cleaned, as the staff looked confused about how to remove it from the trunk. When finished I notice the upholstery on the back of my car seat was ripped off of the metal. The supervisor Victor told us that he was not responsible for the damage but proceeded to try to push the upholstery back into the metal frame. He did not offer a refund but asked that we come back to see the manager on Monday. Aldrich, we will see you tomorrow after I have consulted with the Volkswagen dealership on how this should be repaired and what the cost will be. Won’t be back for service at this location again. The damage was apparent and the staff gave me the keys to drive away as if nothing was wrong. I will also consult the BBB if necessary. I will look forward to resolving the damage with your assistance Aldrik. Your staff did not offer a refund so I will be speaking with my banking institution to retrieve the funds.

As a mom I very much struggle to keep my car clean, so I thought I would try this place and I am SO impressed. I went in with low expectations but I left so incredibly happy with the service. I got the Mega Supreme car wash and they did a great job. If you’re looking for a full detail for the price of a car wash this isn’t for you but they truly did an amazing job, and it was so quick!

I brought in three of my family’s cars on a Tuesday morning for their “Men’s Day” discount, which gave a great deal on the Orange wash. I arrived at 9AM and there was only one other customer, so everything moved quickly. I chose the Orange wash specifically to make sure all the rubber mats in our cars would get cleaned, and the team did a thorough job on each vehicle. The waiting area was comfortable and clean, making it easy to relax while I waited. Each car was finished in about 20 minutes, and all came out spotless inside and out. Friendly staff, efficient service, and great value—highly recommend!

The pictures speak for themselves. This is what their most expensive "mega supreme full service" $68 car wash looks like. I called them and they said to come back and they'll wash it again. For that price, it should be done right the first time.

Would you like to argue with the manager and overpay for a dirty car? Then this is your place, as 'D Hand Car Wash' is sure to upsell you and under-deliver entirely. I gave this car wash two opportunities with different vehicles just to ensure this was the result on both occasions. The first time the employee (Hispanic young man with a design etched into the back of his fade haircut) who I assume is the manager attempted to upsell me into a $75 car wash because I have a "large truck" (Ford F-150). The second time he told me that he would not clean the floors unless I bought a 'detailing package' for $120. I thought the $120 was excessive but I assumed I would have a very clean car at the end. Little to my surprise the manager said that he refused to clean the covered bed of the truck because it 'was extra'. At this point there was nothing I could do because they take your money prior to any cleaning, and you get whatever they feel is appropriate at the end. It is a shame this manager is focused on ripping off customers instead of trying to earn repeat business. The workers at the car wash seem to be nice, but none of them speak much English and I didn't feel it was fair to associate them with the manager's behavior. I asked for a refund and the manager refused and said 'too bad'. Initially he had said the car detailing would take 45 minutes to 1 hour, so I thought it will definitely get cleaned. Instead they were done in 30 minutes, and the manager 'spot checked' the vehicle. I came out to pickup my car and saw that there was still dust all over, and the seats were not vacuumed well. At this point there is not much to be done and they did go back and fix the two areas I pointed out. I got home and found that the car wash was worth $40 AT BEST, and ended up cleaning numerous areas over again. I am unsure on how this place stays in business and feel sorry for anyone who gets taken advantage of here in the future. It's rather ironic that the sticker on the cashier counter says "people love us on Yelp".

Seriously, this car wash service is the worst! My car was dirtier after they "cleaned" it. I paid for the white wash with all the stuff in the picture, but my mats were still filthy. I asked the guy to fix it, and he rushed through it. They didn't even touch the door handles, and now they're all scratched. It's a total waste of money. I could've done a way better job myself.

More attention and detail at the beginning of the service leads to a faster more detailed wash and car for your car. The customer service is second to none. I used them a few times and was moderately satisfied. However, since January 2026 they increased their prices even more. Now for a wash to include floor mats you’ll have to pay $66 (plus tip). The “manager” (the guy who charges you) is very much able to accept a payment from you. However, if you change your mind and ask for a refund, he says he doesn’t know to process it and his boss is conveniently not in the shop.

Been going here for years and, over the years, the quality of the work and the business in general have steadily gotten worse. It used to be little things like not drying the car all the way; leaving water streaks. Then it became giving your keys back with the car all out of sorts; rear seats partially folded down, floor mats just thrown back into the foot wells, leaving their rags and signs in the car. Today, they upsell me an extra $10 to clean and condition my floor mats. When they gave me my car back, the exterior was still dirt streaked, the backseat had dirt on it still, and I can only assume the upsell was for them to spray my mats down with a garden hose considering they were dirty and had water pooled on them. My car does not get dirty enough for it to come out of a $61 detail looking like this. I only take it to get cleaned professionally to detail clean the dirt in my hat h area after Home Depot runs. The only way this place could be worse is if they outright damaged my car but I won't be going back to find out that becomes their next low bar to set.

Such friendly service. I got what I paid for and more. 100% hand washed,dried and dressed. Very reasonable price and the customer service is bar none the best I have had at a car care location. Suhey and her crew were meticulous and cared for my car as if it was their own. They air blasted all the water out of all the crevices and fully dried my car. Wheels were hand dried and tires were dressed. The interior was vacuumed and wiped down along with all the glass on the vehicle. I highly recommend this place. I just became a regular customer.
