The prices are excessively expensive, but the service is terrible, especially the hand wax, which was the worst I've ever experienced at any car wash. When I pointed out some dirty spots, they got annoyed with me. The staff's behavior was extremely rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. Do not go there. It's a complete waste of your money.

It is unbelievable the way this business disrespected my money From the minuted I got there they were only trying to upsell. I chose deluxe wash (which is almost their top grade) but I ended up getting the car vacuumed with some exterior wash. They had left stains inside and out, and no fragrance whatsoever No doubt this is the worst car wash I had ever experienced!

Extremely Disappointing Car Wash Experience I recently visited this car wash, and I must say I am utterly disappointed with the service I received. I paid a hefty $80 plus tips, expecting a thorough and detailed job. However, the quality of the work was far from satisfactory. To make matters worse, when I inquired about a potential student discount at the cashier, I was met with an unpleasant attitude. To top it all off, I later discovered that they provide car fresheners to all customers as a courtesy, but for some reason, I was excluded from this gesture. Given the high price I paid and the subpar service I received, I cannot recommend this car wash to anyone. The lack of professionalism and attention to detail are simply not worth the expense.

When I first came here I just need to vacuum my car. They charged me $5 and it was probably the best vacuum my car ever got in like 2 min! I was amazed! I decided to come back to get my car fully cleaned during my lunch break from work. The staff here is amazing and the details are supper affordable! Anyone can complain about what ever they want but pricing better not be one of them. You can fill up your tank AND get a car detail in less than an hour?!?!? Unheard of! As someone who details his own car every week I know the difference between a good wash and a half fast one! Great staff! Great service! Great price? And CONVENIENT!!! Thanks Jorge!

I had to give one star but even that is too much for here. The second time I had to bring my car. I wanted to get it cleaned inside and out. The result sucks. Why do I get the wet and dirty exterior of the car I paid $50 for, and the interior still with fingerprints? The team working here just wants to get it done quickly and doesn't care at all. They just wipe the same surface with cloth that’s it. Martin, one of the person working there, especially took care our car and tried to clean it once again. That was very considerate of him. Thank you for that however I would never consider coming back here again or recommending it to anyone in a good way.

Paid 35+ dollars for a waxing and good clean ! First off they didn’t even vacuum ? I noticed this when i got home and was loading some items in . The windshield is filthy I could pay $10 -15 and do a better job it which I will next time. 😤

Like most things, you get what you pay for and attitude matters. I drive a 2024 BLACK Cayenne. Previously I brought my 2015 740i. I am a car enthusiast and keep and maintain my vehicles, I enjoy detailing but the Cayenne is BIG. Today I purchased the $89 dollar wash and when they took my car I told them the interior is very dusty and I’d really appreciate your tip guy doing the detail; and, I’ll take care of him if he spends the time to really get it right. Honestly confused by the bad reviews, my experience has always been great here. Quick service for a great price. Got the basic wash and my car looks amazing! Free air fresheners as well, and friendly staff. Definitely coming back!

Terrible !! Bad customer service! I have never felt more terrible for something I paid $30 for! Never! It’s my second time here , the first time was OK (at least the salesperson really wanted to sell so he was nice). This time I come here and they don’t even say hello. I am asking the guy questions and he is ignoring me before he even gave me the ticket to pay. At some point I asked him if he wanted to do the work or if they’re just uninterested. I have an SUV (and I paid for one + tip!) and it took them about 15 min to “clean”. You can see in the pictures what my car looked like after. I told the guys it’s not clean and that I’m really disappointed and he seemed to be amused by it. Forget the money, it wasn’t worth my time. I’m as unhappy about it as one can get ! Worst review I’ve ever written in my life.

First, I got the $44 package. They said the $44 package included a hand wash for both the interior and exterior of the car. I received the car with the interior in a very dirty condition. The front windshield was also delivered in a filthy state. It’s not worth the money. I don’t recommend trying this place.

I don’t know why this place has so low of reviews. I have gone here 5 times and every time it is great service. No complaints. I will keep coming here. It is a little pricey but again it is workers spending a solid 20 minutes hand detailing/cleaning your car.

I got luxury car wash, they took their time, did a good and thorough job. I'm guessing the rating is because vast majority of the people who are leaving reviews are people who had bad experiences which are probably the minority. that's my guess. in any event, I've had a positive experience and based on it, I can recommend the wash service I had.

I’ve been coming to Culver Auto Spa on Culver Dr for almost 10 years, and overall the service has been great. The staff is friendly and they usually get the job done pretty quickly. However, I’ve noticed that in recent years, they sometimes seem to rush through the process and miss the details. Every time I visit, I find myself having to point out at least a couple of things after they say it’s finished, like spots they missed or areas that need a little more attention. Still, it’s a reliable place and I keep coming back, just wish they’d slow down a bit and focus more on the details.
