Ceramic Coating done here by Kevin, and it was one of the best decisions I made after purchasing my Black Jeep Wrangler. First, the business aspect of things they are professional, courteous, and explained everything to me before application. The ceramic coating has protected my jeep, and also made it very easy to clean. This business also tinted all of my windows. They are amazing, and I would not take my jeep wrangler to anyone else !!

Arkham and Kevin are very good at what they do! I had two cars fully detailed and coated with gtechniq's Crystal Serum Ultra as well as the other services per recommendation just ahead of the winter season. The team at Arkham kept on schedule and were very good to work with for the long process of paint correction and protection. I would recommend the service to anyone looking for a reliable professional. Both vehicles now sparkle!

I couldn’t be happier with the services here. I brought my 2019 Tacoma in and they did a phenomenal job with my window tints and applied an awesome film cover on my hood to avoid chips. Customer service was on point, truck looks amazing, and I’m a very happy customer. If you’re looking for quality service, you need to come here - they will take excellent care of you. AND they have a lifetime warranty.

CT Window Film & Tinting is THE best place to have your vehicle windows tinted, hands-down! The team is always professional, friendly, and enthusiastic and they always deliver premium results. I have personally brought 4 cars there over the last few years, and the team has always delivered excellent results on my side and rear windows, windshields, and sun brows. The tints on my dodge (as pictured) are almost 3 years old now and look the exact same as the day I got them! Fantastic experience. I was hunting down a place to do tints on a whim and discovered them on social media. The places local to me only had 1 year or very specific warranties which didn’t bother me until I saw this place offered a life time warranty. That alone instilled a lot of confidence in me. I reached out through email, asked a bunch of annoying questions as it was my first time getting tints and every response was prompt and friendly. Making an appointment was easy enough and check in was super easy and quick. Front desk walked me over to the display, gave me a hands on demonstration of the benefits of different kinds of tints and the varying shades. I wanted to stick to the legal minimum and my budget only afforded the standard tints. They didn’t pressure me to go any darker and overall made me feel super comfortable with everything. Process took an hour, had a small waiting room with a TV full of refreshments which helped keep my toddler who I brought with me entertained for the wait. When everythjng was all said and done, he gave me a thorough breakdown in what to expect with the tints after application and their maintenance process. Even gave me quotes on another vehicle for my wife. Overall, loved the place, I drive an hour out my way to come here and it was worth it as far as I’m concerned. If my budget frees up some more, I’d love to come back and upgrade the type of tints I get to ceramic or more. I only wish the state of CT would allow for darker than 35% though you always have that option to get darker when you get there. Lol I just don’t want any potential problems while driving.

Easy, smooth experience. Visiting today on a simple tint removal. Scheduling was straightforward. Upon arrival, my service was accepted right away with no wait time. I was quoted with a price dependent on the tint removal challenges. I was informed it may cost more depending on this. Usually when a business says this, it is always more. To my surprise, within the first five minutes, they informed me it would not cost more. They could have easily lied and kept the same quote price. The caveat is you have to make a user profile with them. I am big on not having personal information stored everywhere so this was a bit annoying. Not sure why my address is needed. They also finished very quickly and faster than my quoted time. I feel as though my time was valued. Overall great experience. Other than that, honesty and transparency goes a long way and because of that reason alone, I will likely return for future business. Thank you CT Window Film & Tinting!

This company did work at my dealership's showroom this year and I was impressed with the quality of the work. I hired them to tint my home windows. Immediately I noticed a more stable temperature throughout the house. The A/C didn't work as hard to maintain temperature and I found myself lowering the heat. So far, so good. Thanks!

CT Window and Film in Stratford CT is the most professional and impressive auto facility in the state. Been coming here for all my cars and my family’s vehicles for about 7 years. They did an AMAZING JOB on my 2002 Honda accord. I got ceramic tints, the legal limit in CT, all the way around (except the windshield which I did not get tinted of course). I got paint correction which worked PERFECTLY. All the little scratches on the door are now invisible. The pictures say it all.
