Never again, I found scratches on my trucks tail gate, and they didn't fix it. the owner recommended i call the police and file a claim, and maybe the insurance would fix it, but he doughts it.

This is my favorite car wash ever!!! The staff is always respectful, and takes such pride in their work! I have been coming here for over 7 years and have always had a great experience! I haven't had a better car wash from anywhere else, like I have over here at crystal clean! One time, I made the mistake of parking under a pine tree and getting a bunch of sap on it, and they were able to buff it out like new for a great price before my paint got damaged! Thank you for taking care of our sacred car space, it makes such a difference to have a clean car and confident hands to do the job!

I’ve been coming to this car wash on and off for years, and let’s just say—it’s been quite the journey. This place has changed ownership multiple times, and unfortunately, every transition seems to come with a price hike and a dip in service quality. After a long break, I decided to give it another shot, and wow—$35 for a basic car wash? I was stunned. The service itself wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t great either—just average. What really stuck with me was the lack of professionalism from the new owner. Customer service seems to have taken a backseat, and the overall vibe just wasn’t welcoming. I feel bad for the workers because, with these prices and this kind of management, I wouldn’t be surprised if business starts slowing down and jobs are at risk. As for me, I won’t be coming back. There are plenty of other car washes that offer better service for a more reasonable price. Giving it 3 stars because the wash itself was fine—but the experience as a whole? Overpriced and disappointing.

First time at Crystal. 65 minutes on a Wednesday noon? A bit pricey for end results. Stepper still dirty. Soapy water coming down the hood. What I thought was rude was my truck was "Done' the Tesla in front of me was still being polished. The SUV to my left was still being worked on. Im trapped. No one looked my way to see if I needed to get out, I had to go on reverse to get out of the establishment. I was polite and tipped the employee working on my truck. Not a good first impression. Hope the rest of you have reverse driving skills.

was going to put 3 but naaww the explanation. from the guy make no sense , 80$ for. the hand wash put some detail and you leave this. and say also oh is grease. broooo i split. and is my own saliva. , lies over lies. plus the from is the mosquitos from the road or insects you going to let it be like that dirty. 😒 and lie on my face. damnnnnn. just because inse detail is ok i give you 2 start
