I drive a Range Rover this location damaged my car around 3,000 of damage. The employees say this is a common issue and the owner will not do anything to fix it. The owner even saw on video cameras of this happening. Guess my lawyer will be reach the owner soon. Please be careful he owns two locations here in town this location I speak of is located on Bass Road in Macon,GA

Sitting here now and completely blown away by the customer service here! I parked under a tree outside my house that left my car covered in fallen debris. They team here scrubbed to get as much off as possible and then gave me a free wash to see if they could get off more. 100% unexpected and I’ll definitely be back!

I regularly use a car wash like this in Atlanta. This wash blows that one away! Was passing through Macon and needed a mid-trip wash. Was so impressed with the thoroughness of the automated process and the attention to detail shown by Bernard at the first prep stop. He’s so good at his job! Thirteen dollars well spent! I’ve tried so many car washes in the area & this one has never led me astray, but I don’t know what they got going on here lately. They’re not paying attention AT ALL. They’re either standing there looking absolutely clueless or looking at a phone. Like are y'all not going to instruct me on which way to turn? I’ll learn to wash my own car I suppose 😑

*update* went to get a car wash tonight and when I arrived they closed early evidently, I pay for a monthly subscription and I arrived at 6:20 and they were closed and had cones up by the road closing the entrance… no use in having a subscription if they are going to randomly close at an unspecified time… This car wash cleans my truck better then any in Macon, also they do a manual pre wash to get all the mud off!
