Would it have killed the kid that was working close shift on Tuesday to hand me a microfiber towel as I went into the car wash? He said, no because they close in a few minutes. He already had sign for no more cars to come through car wash five minutes before actual closing time which is 8. Close at 8 doesn’t mean you clock out right at 8.

Roof scratched at Aloha location. While I was vacuuming my car, I noticed my license plate bent. I figured it wasn’t a big deal, so I left and went to the gas station, and there I noticed several very long scratches across the roof of my car. It’s just a huge bummer because my car is pretty new. I don’t know if there’s something wrong with one of the brushes, but hopefully it can get fixed.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!! Pay the extra money and literally go anywhere else. Had a monthly membership here for a good 6 months, giving plenty of time for improvement, yet nothing ever seems to improve. I like to run my car through the wash once a week just for regular maintenance, but it seemed that every time I pulled up to this place it was closed (during business hours). It was constantly shut down for some type of maintenance. And it wasn’t just shut down for a day or two mind you, sometimes it would be shut down for weeks at a time. No compensation or even apology to costumers was given. I was out here paying to go to Kaddy car wash even though I had a membership somewhere else, that’s an odd look ? The few times I was able to run my car through the wash, no one had explained to me how the vacuum machine works and that you needed a code to us it, so when I pulled up to clean my car I was unable to and couldn’t find a worker to help me. This happened the next time I went back also and finally another kind customer that was there helped us because again, I was unable to find a worker to help me. On top of that, my partner had a membership there and since I put in a complaint they were rude to him and refused to let him continue to have a membership there, which is wild. He doesn’t mind them being closed as much as I do as he just will go back at a later time. I, myself, typically have a car full of kids and driving to and from places that are closed is definitely not a blast. The people there were very unkind and I was taken back by the lack of customer service and the disrespect shown to my family. I wanted to be able to support this place because it seems like a little family owned spot but I can’t get behind the disrespect, lack of consideration for others and just simply bad business.

The guys are really nice and the car gets cleaned. Generous vacuum time. The drying leaves room for improvement. I've been using this place for 3 years and love it. It would be perfect if they pumped some 50's music in to go with the cool lights.

Love this car wash. My wife and I both bought the unlimited car wash package and use it a few times each week. Always great customer service here. Conveniently located and always does a great job washing our cars. Plus free state of the art vacuums to use!

I use to love going here, but the last two times have really been disappointing. The first time they overcharged me. Today, I really was so disappointed. Even though they are so close to home, I probably won’t be back.After my car wash, while I was vacuuming I noticed a big missed spot on the passenger back side, and my windshield still had parts of the bird droppings. I drove back to the cashier box and talked to the attendant. I swear to you, he rubs the poop, smells his fingers and says “yeah, we don’t do re-washes”. I told him I just went through and offered him my receipt. No, he didn’t need to see it, because there was nothing he could do. What a disappointment. I didn’t expect a Hot Rod wash, a simple classic or just spray it with the hose. Hello you smeared the poop more when you rubbed it on your finger 🤢. What use to be community friendly business has really got me questioning myself. Why am I paying such a high price for gas and washes when the service isn’t good. I can save money elsewhere if I’m not getting the high standard service I use to get.

Update 04/16/2025.: Regarding the owners response You can say what you want about my roof rack, but saying that I cursed and berated your staff is an outright lie. Your effort to disparage my character, as opposed to accepting your responsibility for the decisions of your staff, is just more evidence of how you treat your customers. --- original review -- I took my Honda Element to this carwash today. Before entering, I asked the attendant if my roof rack would cause any problem with the wash. He said that it was ok, and that he would watch it during the wash to make sure. I ordered the classic wash and proceeded through the wash. After going through the wash, I parked to check the results. I found dirt on both the hood and sides of my car that I could easily wipe off with my hand. There was also visible soap suds from the wash covering half of one of my side windows. I asked the attendant if there was anything he could do. He looked around the car for a while but said nothing. I expected that he would say to run it through the wash again, but that is not what happened. Another person with a Shell shirt on came by and asked what was happening. I told him my concerns, and then I showed him how easy it was for me to use my hand to wipe off highly visible dirt from the hood. Then I showed him the soap on the window and asked if the carwash was supposed to leave unrinsed soap on the side of my car. He said that I shouldn't expect the classic wash to get my car clean. I wasn't sure if I heard him correctly, so I asked, "the classic wash is not supposed to get your car clean?". At that point, he got upset, turned and started walking away, while saying something to me that I'm not sure I heard correctly, but it sounded like, "have a bad day". Needless to say, this is the last car wash I will get from Cruisers Corner. I live close by, so I wanted to give them a try. I should have gone the extra couple of miles to a carwash I have used in the past, where I've always had good service. I very rarely give bad reviews, and always try to give a business a chance to make things right before posting something negative on google. In this case, the business did not care to even consider my concerns and then treated me rudely. If I could have given 0 stars, I would have.

Went to this car wash after my daughter went through what appeared to be an oily dirt road. I wasnt even sure the muck would come off. After one wash half of it had come off. So i opted to pay again and try a second time. The attendant apologized it didnt come off and scrubbed a second time and sent us through for a complimentary second try. They even scrubbed both sides hard. I was very impressed. Talk about going above and beyond. I knew i liked this car wash! With their multicolor soap! Now customer service to boot! All of our cars will now come here!

I’ve been going to this car wash for a couple of years. The car wash does a good job of cleaning my truck, BUT I have never been pleased on how well it cleans my tires. I always end up with that ring of dirt in the sidewalls of my tread. The suction on their vacuums are also very weak.

Car wash cracked part of my wheel well and chipped the paint real good on the driver side. Almost got the monthly pass today thank god I only paid for this wash. Never again. Good thing I have a Tahoe and not a classic car lol. Would leave 0 stars if possible. What kind of car wash damages a car… Ridiculous

Perfect car wash for daily drivers! Soft cloth is much better than the plastic bristles that most gas station washes use, more gentle on your paint. Friendly staff, and free vacuums when you buy a wash, nice perk!

Rayden might be your best employee! So attentive, even went the extra mile and scrubbed my tires and my “rims”. Just hub caps but he was so awesome. I used to manage car washes for 10 years and he would have been one of my favorite employees. Keep this guy around. Maybe move him up. He’s killin it!

I definitely will not be returning. It was like a standard automated carwash, but not as good as most Kaady washes. The dryer did not do a good job of feeding, but was so strong that it actually knocked off my blind side mirror as you can see in the photos. The vacuum was extremely weak. It did not get most of the things that were in my car. Price was similar to Kaady, but quality was not. If these problems get addressed, perhaps I would frequent this more often

These guys were amazing! Our car looked like we had been off-roading, we had a dead bird in our grill, and was coated in bugs. They were so kind as to remove the bird and did their best to remove the multi-layers of bugs and mud. Great people! Highly recommend.

Buyer Beware! Their unlimited monthly wash plan is rigged to scam you out of your money! They tell you that you must cancel at least 7 days before your renewal date to ensure you won’t be charged for the next month, but then when you cancel, you’re cancelation is immediate so you lose out on the rest of the month that YOU ALREADY PAID FOR. The only way to cancel is via a form/email, so I (trying to be courteous) gave them 2 weeks notice, not realizing I would lose 2 whole weeks of car washes. They did NOTHING to make this right. Worst customer service EVER! They could be like every other subscription and cancel at the end of the billing period but NO they tell you to cancel early for your sake but really it’s so they can steal your money!

I give 2 stars just because they have free vaccums with a car wash, Besides that they have Really expensive gas prices, Car wash sucks! I went thru and my car was still dirty, the employee working the car wash was kind enough to let me go thru a 2nd time and my car was still dirty!! At this point I was frustrated and irritated, I didn't even bother trying to go thru a 3rd time
