Nice car wash but the water pressure is kinda weak so it doesn't always get all the grime and soap residue off the car.

The vacuums were a joke. They cost $2 for 2 minutes and do almost nothing. I spent my first minute and a half on the driver's floorboard because it wasn't picking anything up. I then switched to the next vacuum only to find that it was just as bad. Complete waste of money. Just left to find vacuums that actually work...

Don't go to this car wash the cops will be called for cleaning out the back bed of ur truck so u can power wash it out.very unprofessional especially when I own a auto detail company! Witch car washes I use tend to make quit a bit of money off of me that I am happy with not this place! I will never again use this place!

Been here twice this month. Very little soap on the high pressure soap setting. The foam gun hardly works. Place used to be better, didn't used to have problems like that

I'm SO thrilled to have found this place. I get almost 10 more minutes for the amount I usually spend at the old car wash I went to. Everything worked beautiful and it wasn't busy like the big car washes get either. I found my new spot! Very clean too.

Best car wash in town (the Cedar Rapids, Hiawatha, Marion area) in terms of equipment and maintenance, bang for the buck, and overall appearance and location. Seems to be taken care of, and not run down like some similar establishments in the area. Big fan of the self service wash time double after 6PM or whenever, seems like a solid business tactic keeping in mind I’m always washing my car after then and very particular about how it’s done. Therefore, Cruiser’s is always the first place I consider heading when I’m looking to clean it up.

I've been going here for many years, esp. in the winter. This evening, I went mainly to pressure wash the bugs off the front of my car. But NONE of the bays is lit properly. Every one has half the lights out in the front. So, I get to work in the dark! (I guess I should have backed my car in. Lesson learned.) And to make matters worse, there was NO SOAP coming out on the 'wash' setting. (EDIT: owner says it's non-sudsing soap, so don't judge based on the absence of suds.) Over the years, when there's a problem, I've called the number and the nice lady appreciated the call and the problem was usually solved before my next visit. But, a couple(?) months back, I reported the lights problem and she said there are no replacement bulbs available. (OK... maybe replace the dead fixtures?) Meanwhile, they keep adding new features (Oh, boy, a dryer?!). All I'm asking for is Wash, Rinse and enough light to see what I'm doing, please? If they'd maintain what they have before adding useless (to me) new features, I'd be a happy customer like I was for over ten years. But, if things don't improve a lot by the time my tokens run out, I'll be shopping for a new DIY car wash.
