I have had two cars dented when washed there. These guys put their entire weight on their hands when leaning over the car to dry it. One car was actually dented on the side by the employees knee. I will never return again and will continue spreading the word.

Check their reviews somewhere else. They had a bunch of 5star reviews and a handful of they ruined my brand new car. With pictures of damage. I washed it myself.

I have been bringing both my vehicles (2015 BMW 435i - 2017 GMC Sierra) for several months, and love this place. The owner and employees are always friendly and courteous. What I like best is that they actually hand wash, and there are no abrasive brushes, bristles or wheel damaging guide rails. In fact, my GMC Sierra has custom (26") wheels, and they even wash and dry the inner lip by hand! The $20 price also includes vacuum carpet, mats and wash windows inside and out.

Today I took my new car that I've only had for 5 days to the Crossroads car wash for its 1st car wash. The attendant hit something and creased my fender. The attendant totally denied it, and the owner absolutely refused to take responsibility for the damage. Don't ever use this car wash. The owner and its employees have no integrity!!!!!

I come here about once a month. All of the workers there are very friendly and call you by name. They always take the time to make sure the vehicle is clean and to your liking. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The prices are excellent for a true hand wash establishment. Would give 10 stars if the option was available. Update: still same friendly outstanding service. Will keep being a loyal customer.

This car wash is the best. Today was my first time trying their service and I am highly pleased. They did an amazing job, staff was friendly and professional, service was quick but thorough. Excellent price. I would recommend to any and everyone. If you want your car done right, make sure to try crossroads. Sparkling image was more expensive and my car was always half done. Don’t waste your money with them. Crossroads is the best! This is my new spot to get my car washed.

I just left Crossroad Hand Car Wash on White lane after the workers placed a car in front of mine to have that car wash. It appears that they are unorganized or perhaps worse. I spoke to the manager and introduced him to the car owner who was waiting in line ahead of me. She told the manager that I was in fact behind her waiting in line. There was an another car behind mine. I was eventually told that that that car was waiting off to the side. Ok. Right. The worker had wiped the trunk off of that same car before he drove it in front of my car. Wow! And guess what? Who do you think that mysterious car actually belongs to? Guess.
