Had problems with payment system. Called dude over for assistance. He helped and kindly explained it was slow. Later discovered I was DOUBLE CHARGED. Went back and advised “Alejandro,” who could not have been ruder, and called me a “Karen,” despite the fact I showed my bank statement, and was not speaking loudly or inappropriately at all. Offered no apology, no refund, no discount, nothing…except unprofessional discourtesy to a longtime customer and senior citizen. Hope it was worth the $8 for you. At least you found it amusing (see pic), so there’s that.

Instead of having my car “washed”, all I got was a bunch of scratches on my car from the broken drive through machine. Can you believe that all they offered was 3 free car washes to make up for it. Why the heck would I want to bring my car back here in the first place. I wish I read the YELP reviews before coming here and having my evening ruined by this place.

Great place for quick car wash! Free vacuums to use afterwards too. They even have mat holders to place clean your floor mats!

I've been using this carwash for the past year and the service here has steadily declined in the past few months. The last month has been the worst. A few of the brushes and side washers don't even make contact with the car. First my mom complained about the bristles not even touching the car and the manager Anthony was very rude to her stating if you don't like it you can cancel your membership and go somewhere else despite the fact that that was not her intention she was just informing him of the misaligned brushes. Today 8/1 I witnessed the same thing the middle 2 black brushes are spinning but not making contact with the car and another brush isn't even spinning/working. When I spoke to an employee to tell them of the non functioning and misaligned washers I was told that there's nothing they can do about it and it's in the hands of the plant manager who doesn't answer calls and apparently doesn't do his job. Please fix these issues and stop being so rude to paying customers

Don’t trust their posted business hours. They claim to be open 7:00 AM until 8:00 PM, but I came around 8:30 AM and they were not open. I could see people walking inside, but the front gate was locked. Sometimes when I went around 7:30 PM, the metal gate was already completely shut. Very frustrating and unreliable hours.

Broken scrubbers will scratch your car with absolutely no one to take responsibility for it. The “managers” will have you return to speak to the “owner” for some kind of solution but you will realize very quick that all that you are getting is the run around. If you care about your vehicle’s paint detail, This is definitely not the place you want to take your car to.

I am a Platinum Member and visited your location at covina at 8 AM today for a car wash, but it was closed due to maintenance. I understand that maintenance is necessary, but I would like to know how I will be reimbursed or compensated for the days the service is unavailable. I really new wash my car & this was the only time available.

Love it !!!. My Jeep Wrangler is 7” high and didn’t have any issues going in the carwash and my tires are 35x12.5R17 and it fit well on the guided wheel rail . Try it you won’t regret it the vacuum is super powerful I’m coming here from now on . Thank you Covina Express Car Wash for this convenient location.

I purchased a monthly membership and noticed that it's closed sometimes for two days in a row. No sign on the gate or anything to let customers know when is going to be open. I guess is time to go to another reliable place.

They’ve been closed for nearly 2 weeks, I have 2 memberships with them and I just had to pay $60 for the month when I haven’t been able to get a car wash. So disappointing. Will definitely be getting a refund and not returning.

I've been using this place for quite a while. It's very convenient and I pay an automatically-deducted monthly fee, which makes it so easy - I don't even have to take time to pay - just drive through! Yes, I just went there and saw that it was closed. I hope it opens soon. It's always been reliable up until now. I hope it's not an ICE problem. If it is, my heart goes out to them.

The "bug spray" damaged the frame around my windows. They claimed it was water but from the video provided you can clearly see there was soap in the product. It literally melted the finish around the windows.

The experience I had in this car wash was the best I’ve had. It is clean, well kept, has wash basin, hanger for car mats, clean rest room, and above all the vacuum has the most suction I’ve ever used. Plus the staff are nice people. This car wash deserves a solid A+.

My husband and I really really liked this car wash. We came back the following day to purchase the membership but they were closed even though it says that their business hours are from 7am-8pm. I came at 12 pm and I just assumed everyone was on their lunch. I came back at 2pm and it was still closed. Why does it say online that they are open from 7am-8pm when that's clearly a lie. I called the next day to see if they were open and no one responded. I live far away but I loved this car wash I dont want to drive all the way over there again if its just going to be close. I would give this place 5 stars but it's very frustrating to go to your favorite car wash in the middle of the day and see that they are closed. Please fix this issue.

It's an "Express Carwash" so don't expect your car to come out shiny and sparkling. My cars usually come out little dirty. I never complain, like I said it's an Express Carwash not 100% hand washed big difference. I usually detail my car after the wash, clean it up. Workers leave you alone while you finish detailing and vacuuming your car. I know the brushes they used are not made for only one car so I'm sure that's why cars come out with some dirt here and there so keep that in mind. Their vacuums have great suction, sometimes they don't work, just let the workers know and they take care of it. Overall not a bad place to get your Express Carwash. The place is usually clean and they have shades over the detail stations which make a huge difference from the hot azz cali sun hitting your back! Good spot!
