Horrible! None of the shampoo or conditioner options worked. I just paid $10 to get my dog wet and dry her off! No answer when I tried to call and no voicemail. I am extremely disappointed. I won't be back.

Terrible. Both machines have been broken for several weeks. Water is ice cold. Double charged me. Shampoo option doesn't work. No attendees to ask for help or refund.

I've given this place so many chances...but every time I leave disappointed at how poorly the wash does. One entire side of my truck didn't get washed or dried. I've had similar experiences as others trying to contact anyone.

Used the pet wash. Only one was working, and the other one was dirty. There was not a chain to clip your dog to. The credit machine did not work, so had to have cash. The vacuum setting was also broke.

The worst car wash ever! Card reader doesn't work, high pressure soap doesn't work, the "triple foam conditioner" is water and color with no lubricity, and no car wash attendant is here..

I initially really likes this place. Decent car wash at a good price but then I started to bring my stu to the dog wash. They are dirty and almost always out of order. When I try to call and ask about it nobody answers. Extremely unprofessional

Paid 10 bucks and it never turned on, went to the Country corner store and I was sent back to the car wash for a refund. There is no attended around, very upset will not shop/gas/car wash here again!

Soap doesn’t dispense. Vacuums smelled awful. No warm water. Terrible experience. Super annoyed I wasted $5. Dog bag dispenser was filled with dog hair. Absolute waste of time and money. Country Corner should be embarrassed to even have this open and associated with their name. Next time I want my dog washed to this standard I’ll throw him in the river.

We pulled into the car wash and tried to swipe card to star wash but card wouldn't work so we had to get change for a 20 which should've got $15 back in fives and the other $5 in quarters, instead we got $20 in all quarters....paid $10 to wash by hand which half of the items didn't even have soap/wax to use, then went back and used the automatic wash and paid $10 more dollars for all water and half of the car dry. Called the number for the business and no one answered or responded back. The worst $20 ever spent and now going to another car wash.

The swipe wasn’t working so you had to use coins. The vending machine said it would give you bills and coins. Instead we got $20 in coins:/ The arms and hoses are short and hard to maneuver. The vacuum hose didn’t have decent nozzles or any nozzles at all. It didn’t matter because we put coins in and the vacuum wouldn’t start. It wasn’t worth the convenient location. Next time, I will drive a longer distance to avoid this place.

Great car wash. It cleans well. These guys will spray down the floor mats at the entrance to the wash. They also have clean microfiber towels always available to touch up the details. (Often in the office)

I don’t mind the store although a little dated . It’s actually the car wash I have had many issues with . Every time I have an issue I hear the same story that the manager is the only one that can take care of it and they won’t be back for a few days. I wait and come In on that day and the manager is gone once again. I finally got ahold of the manager and they told me that it had been too long for them to help me out at that point. So this is the last car wash I would ever go to and store for that matter . If you aren’t going to treat me good as a car wash customer you obviously don’t care about me as a customer in general.

One star is too many!!! My wife was just there and used her debit card to wash her car. It took the card and ripped her off. Charged her $10 and gave her nothing!!! She tried calling and the number listed does not work. No one there to help here. Supposedly convenience store is separate and manager is not in. Transaction on our account shows fraudulent billing to Rapid Wash which is on Yellowstone & Pancheri. This place, Country Corner Car & Pet Wash is on 1st Street & Ammon Road. On opposite ends of town and has no affiliation with the other car wash according to an employee at Rapid Wash. This place is a total rip off and should be avoided. Go to a reputable car wash.

Complete waste of my time and money. First they were not taking cards, so I had to put 20 quarters in. Then there was no soap. So my dog now still stinks, and is wet. By time I figured out neither soap was working I switched to dry and the machine quit. There also are no aprons, so I am soaked. What

Displays show incorrect charge amount from what was charged to the credit card. They would not correct their mistake. Manager is unwilling to admit the machine is wrong and has terrible customer service.

Great little pet wash. Very clean and safe. The wash area is able to lock so you feel comfortable. The selections work great. I wish the water pressure was a little more but it worked great. The air dry is warm to help with drying off. I would recommend bringing a towel. It’s nice to have a ramp for the bigger dogs. I have never been to a pet wash before so I figured I would try it out. It didn’t stink and I will be back.
