Hit or miss type of car wash things might work one day and not the next January 2018 A second chance. Went from me giving this place two stars to one star.The light isn't on and wala still no change. Guess I'll be going to the new peachtree Express today where their vacuums and other things work. July 2018

I always go here to wash my car. I usually go in the middle of the night, usually I'm the only person there at the time. Just don't trust putting anything larger than a $1 bill in the change machine. One time it got me for $5

As I’m attempting to vacuum out my car the vacuum stops out of no where! I added more quarters and the machine took my money (vacuum never came back on)! I tried to hit the change return but I did not receive my $1.25. I called the number posted and I was not able to get in contact with anyone! I would like my $1.25. Thank you.

This self-car wash is cheaper than anywhere else in town. ( That I know of, $1.25 versus $1.50 everywhere else) It is always well maintained, the change machine always works. It is on a busy street and well lit so it is not "spooky" to go there at night.

I went to the car wash on Saturday Dec 9. I got change from the machine as I do everytime I go. The machine did not give me all the quarters from the 10.00 I put in. I have called the number listed and the voicemail is not set up. Needless to say the machine ripped me off and the owner/manager doesn’t answer his phone and no voicemail. Needless to say I won’t return to this location. Poor service. Users beware.

On one occasion the machine wouldn't take my coins, another occasion the cord to the brush was taped up which prevented the soap from dispensing to the brush. On my third experience, I went to three different bays and the bristles on the brush were nearly depleted. The Cougar Car Wash need to shut down and do a maintenance day. You're taking people hard earn money but you're not doing the proper maintenance. All the brushes needs to be replaced. You have earned a great deal of money off people, now do your part and update the equipment.

Standard car wash. Went for the first time today. Gives you what you expect. I only have 2 complaints. One, they are still coin based with no way to purchase quarters via card so you’ll have to either run to the ATM or have some cash on hand. Secondly, the soap smelled like rotten eggs. Not the water, just the soap. Weird and unpleasant to wash with.

The number that's on the sign to the cougar wash does not indicate that that's the number to the car wash whenever you need assistance. Since no one works there, it needs to be very clear to customers how to reach someone in order to get a refund or to inform the owner that something is wrong with the coin machine or the vacuum. Because 3 out of 10 times there's always something wrong that needs to be serviced.

This use to be a pretty good car wash to go to if you wanted to hand wash your car, however not anymore. First off the price went up from $1.25 to $1.75 and to vacuum it's now $1.50 when it use to be $1.00, I understand the increase but if you are going to increase at least have quality equipment 😡 at least have change in the change machine so you won't have to go to the stores around to give you change which they will not 🤨 Also the equipment is either falling apart or the wires are showing on the cord which could possibly scratch the hell out your car. Either way do better every dollar counts that a person spend, every cent. I usually don't post however this one is needed..please bring change already at least 8 dollars worth depending on your vehicle me however will never be back.
