Even recommended me to order online to better track the status. Made the order day of and tire arrived in three days. Installed the evening that tire arrived. Waited for just shy of 1 hour. First in line. Told 45min to 1hr for a 30min job that ended up taking 1hr 30min and get to my vehicle to find my wheel caps in my front seat. I was given the excuse that they had issues with other vehicles yet I was scheduled at the very beginning of the day. I will never use their tire center again. Oh, thanks for scratching up my caps too!

I ordered a new set of tires and installed them through Costco two weeks ago. The experience has been great! It took less than an hour to get all four tires replaced. The two technicians I talked to were nice. Costco tire purchases include installation, as opposed to Sams Club which charges $20 per tire. Getting free rotations is a nice touch.
