Takes money, no wash. No displayed phone# for service anywhere on site. Had to dispute transaction with bank. Apparent scam? Finally replied after 4 months, didn't apologize for stealing my money, nor have they added phone# for when the equipment isn't working. Still a scam.

This car wash stole my money. I paid for the deluxe $12 wash and it took it but the washer did not work. I tried calling and had to leave a voicemail. Very disappointed.

I used to enjoy going to this location until recently I had a problem with the equipment. There was a gentleman there cleaning the bays who directed me to please call the owner to let him know of the broken equipment and for a refund. I called, left a detailed message…that was 2 weeks ago and the owner never bothered to call back or process the refund. Very unprofessional and also disappointing. So while I would have like to of given a better review, I wouldn’t recommend going here. You’ll end up paying expensive prices (the price charged is higher than what they list on their signs) and then have to deal with broken equipment 👎🏻 Not worth the aggravation.

I used the car wash today and the third bay would not take my CC Tried to use coins and machine kept my coins and didnt work. should be a note on there so others will not waste their time. I then used the first bay and it worked fine.

I have used your manual wash which was fine but not the auto wash until a few days ago. The entire bottom half of my car is completely dirty still so not pleased with the outcome. I called the phone number and mailbox is full so couldnt leave a message. Thanks.

I was over charged, charged me $15 when the screen read at the end of my 2 minute rinse $3. I was charged $15 for rinsing my car off for about 2 minutes or less. I would like to be refunded.

Been going to this car was for 25 years. Today's wash was $17 for top. 30% more due to your increase from $13. minimum wage anywhere from $15-$20. Unlike McDonald's this place is self service. I will purchase a pressure washer at Costco for $300 and do my own. 20 carwashes $340. 20

decent little car wash - top of the line wash is $13, it got all the junk off my black full size sedan, rinsed it clean, and dried it thoroughly. Being a black car I still had wipe off the remaining water, but for an auto-touch free-wash @$13.00, this place did a fantastic job. I will totally come here again. My only complaint was that it took several tries before it would take my card, but in the end it took it, and washed the car. Thank you!

3 times now I have gone to this car wash & it has been out of soap. I’ve lost money due to this. I called multiple times each time with zero response! Not ever going back. Idk why I went back after the first 2 times this happened. AGAIN it happened to me. You said try again & I did. But the garage door on the car wash never opened. I called the company multiple times & it goes right to vm which is full. I lost $12 & want my money back!! I texted & still no answer. Shame on me for trying your car wash again! Shame on YOU for poor service!!!!

We went to the car wash today and I had my kids with me so I paid for the automated one. I spent $17 for the best package and it barely sprayed the car with water and soap and the machine didn't move properly. To top it off we got stuck inside. I called the number twice that I found on Google to leave a message for 'Dave' and never heard back.

Have been going here before the new owners took over as it was a close, convenient and cheap option to run to every weekend. New owners seemed to do great in the beginning. Since then I’ll find trash full, machines not working. Even today (which prompted this review) went and waited in line only for the guy in front of me saying the card reader wasn’t working. It was packed as car washes usually are on weekends so decided to wait and come back around 6. Went to a different bay and had the same issue. Card reader not working entering card every which way. Said forget it and pulled out a 10 to get quarters only to see the change machine was temporarily out of order. Too much hassle for a simple car wash. Was a little run only going here but if you’re going to the one on Thornton as was I save your time. Aqua spa in 5 minutes away on 120th just as cheap with way more types of washes. Oh and their card machines work.

I was overcharged for my manual washes. Charged $15 flat for each of my washes. This was incorrect and I was overcharged. Will the owner please reach out to me? Reply: Hey Nate, the 15 dollar flat fee is what was charged to my account. I thought it was a hold fee as well initially, but it is not. I was charged $15 for a $10 car was two times in the same day. $15 even for my wife's car and $15 even for my car. 50%more than I should have paid. I can share my credit card statement with you for proof.

Once again this place has stolen money from me. Charged $15 for a $9 wash. Last time the owner stated it was just a hold amount but 3 months later my 2 washes were never corrected. I suspect it'll be the same with my most recent wash this week.

Went to auto wash and had me pay but the garage door didn't even open. When trying. To call number it asked to text and never got a reply. Normal wash was fine but buyer beware of auto wash services.

This is the second time this place has ripped me off again. I'm in the automatic car wash. Not the handheld but yeah. Took my money but won't do anything like the green light won't come on. It doesn't let me pull in. If I do pull in it still doesn't do anything second time I thought I would give them another try but please do not come here. Don't waste your time or your money because it's a rip-off. It sucks
