This place has free vacuums for people who are washing their car. I did just that, I went to the vacuum area and started vacuuming my car where someone came from inside, ran outside, and said this is only for car wash Customers. I told him I am a car wash customer. Penny wise pound foolish. I left based on the way he treated me. Don’t they understand you lose an entire household of cars and families recommendations by being nasty?

The worst car wash in the country! By miles. 26 bucks gets you a car washed. No windows. No vacuum non wipe. No nothing. Pathetic on all measures. I asked who is vacuuming the inside. They say " YOU" Who is cleaning Jt the glass ? They said. You. I asked who just got ripped off? The non speaking woman said " You"! Iive been to better 3rd grade car washes than this. Ripoff? Hell yes !!

*edit Went back a second time to do the fusion cleaning and was completely disappointed. My car was spotty after the "service" that was supposed to include a dry. Drove to the detail area and couldn't find anyone. After waiting I went inside and the woman at the register was very reluctant to find anyone to help me. Finally a gentleman comes out. I point out all the water spots. He told me he didn't have any clean towels but he could give me a dirty one to dry the car Umm, no thank you. He them gave me a crumpled wad of paper towels and we back inside. I dried the car, cleaned the wheels (which was advertised to include) and vaccumed the inside. Such a waste of money! Too inconsistent to give a good review or recommendation. I did the ceramic shield service which includes the interior. My minivan looks brand new! The two gentlemen and lady that worked on my van got in every crevice, I can't find anything that was missed. I will definitely be back and highly recommend.

My first time and last time. I came to this car wash to do a full service wash. I paid at the machine where it said full service 24.99 plus bug prep. I paid for it and proceeded to the gentleman to spray off my car. Once exterior wash was completed, nobody there to dry off car, I proceeded to the vacuum area where I thought they will finish the full service, just to find out since there’s were only two of them working they won’t be able to provide me with my full service. There was no sign stating that they will not be doing full service washes for that day. I requested a refund or a voucher to return and wasn’t able to receive one. The man stated “ that’s how much a outside wash is” 24.00 ?! When stated on the machine it was the price for a full service.

Vehicle through car wash and the car wash did not do a good job. I spoke to the guy working there and he told me that I should’ve bought a more expensive package. Maybe he should have been doing a consultation on each car because how am I supposed know which package is going to ACTUALLY CLEAN MY CAR ?? Basically if you don’t buy the most expensive package, there is no guarantee for a clean car. Wont be returning.

It took me a really long time to find a good full service car wash for a good price. $40 for full service plus once every few months I get seat shampooing services done because I have two little seats and light cloth interior 🤦♀️ my car comes out so clean like I just got it from the dealership. So if you're looking for a full service( outside wash & dry and vaccum) or extra detailing this place is the best. Will post some before and after photos. Just dint get scared I haven't come in for my monthly full service in awhile. So I had full service and shampooing done. Edit** couldn't add photos to attach to review for some reason. So I just added them in the photos album. So look for the car seat photo before and after

This was my first time trying Cool Clean. I purchased the Ceramic exterior wash. The workers seemed to really care about my car being cleaned properly. They sprayed it everywhere, scrubbed several places, including ensuring that the bugs were removed from the front end. I was skeptical as the actual wash is shorter than others I’ve used but I am impressed with the results. I will be back!

A new car wash place in a much needed location. My car was a mess and I was on my way to get a pizza by there so I tried them for the first time. I was expecting a fully self wash because that is how most car washes at a gas station are but they had 3 employees. One helped with the purchase although that part is fully doable without assistance and they had 2 very professional and excellent employees who guided me in and gave my car a pre-wash while I waited for the car in front of me to finish. I go to many stay in the car, car washes and I know the drill but for some reason this time I kept it in drive when supposed to be neutral and I started moving forward when I wasn't supposed to! Don't be that guy. Anyways one of the two workers had a perfect and timely yell so that I quickly stopped and they guided me back. I did go up enough that I triggered the wash to start but he went and quickly reset it. I apologized and they were very professional. Now for the wash. I purchased the quick wash right below the best. It really cleaned and shined my car incredibly well. Better than all the other automatic washes of these types I have used. Really top notch.

Horrible customer service, do yourself a favor and go to a different car wash! I normally like to vacuum my car before going through the car wash, and today while vacuuming, the main car wash guy (who has been very rude in the past) decided to shut off all the vacuums to prevent me from using them. He sent another employee to tell me that vacuums are only for paying customers, I explained that I am a paying customer but often times like to vacuum the interior first. I was told I cannot do that and would have to use the paid vacuums in the gas station. It is very rude to shut off the vacuums on a paying long time customer without even addressing me first, this is the last time me or my family visits this place. I highly recommend going to Rising Tide Car Wash instead where they treat their customers with respect and do a much better job washing the cars.

I went to this place on palmetto with an emergency. My 5 year old spilled candy all over my back seat. Their self-serve vacuum was out of order. I asked if I can pay to use one of the 4 vacuums reserved for people getting a wax. The lanky brown skinned man with an accent said no. I explained that it was an emergency, I have 2 kids in the car and the candy could very well stain my seats any minute. Again he said “no and I’m not going to say yes”. Couldn’t have been less accommodating. Couldn’t have been less understanding.

I strongly do not recommend this car wash, their schedule never matches the schedule from Google last week. I came to wash my car. It was 36 minutes before the car wash closed, but the car wash was closed. Today 03.22.2024 I arrived to wash my car, the time is 5:00pm, the car wash should be open until 7:00pm, but they are already closed.

No wait time on a Monday at lunch. Scrubbed down the outside of the car manually before the conveyor belt auto wash. Great drying at the end of the conveyor belt. 1 to 2 people vacuuming and wiping down the insides of the car. Sprayed and wipes down the interior, inside of the windows/doors, and the windshield and the seals. Meticulously vacuumed the seats, floor mats and trunk. Cannot tell that a long road trip was had or that children were in the backseat and that sand from the beach was involved. Convenient and clean place to sit and wait. Snack shop clean and well stocked.

DO NOT GO HERE. Paid $20 only to be stuck after the car wash ripped the valve stems out of both driver side tires. Now waiting for tow truck. Car wash Manager unavailable. No assistance (gas station manager was at least nice but car wash is separate). UPDATE: manager offered a free car wash. Can you imagine? I’m stranded in his parking lot & offers a service that destroyed my tires. Suggested I call the police which I did (non-emergency number of course).

WARNING - This car wash can DAMAGE your car!! Been going there for a few months. Started well, but the last 3 times it has caused damage to my front splitter on the passenger corner. There is a lower piece/roller of some sort half way through the wash that extends out. I believe this piece is causing damage to my vehicle. Maybe one of its sensors is not working properly, don’t know why this happens, but I have seen the before and after immediately after running through the car wash, and it happens during the wash. This with the platinum wash (top choice). Photo of damage after 3 washes attached. When I showed pics to the manager he simply stated that it’s not happening there, basically didn’t want to believe it.
