Hands down the best and most meticulous detail I've ever got on any of my vehicles. I've got some pretty nice rides that I like to keep clean on the inside and out. DO NOT COME HERE! Extremely Unprofessional and Untrustworthy I strongly advise against doing business with this auto detail shop. The owner makes false promises and lacks professionalism. Initially, I was excited to try this place based on its seemingly positive reputation, but I regret ever coming here. On Saturday, August 31st, my girlfriend and I visited the shop to get a paint repair for a noticeable scratch on the rear passenger side of her car. I called earlier that morning to inquire about the service, and he assured me it could be done, asking me to come in at 12 PM. We arrived a little early, around 11:45 AM, but he was already running about 15 minutes late. After examining the car, he claimed he could do the job but needed to pick up the correct paint, meaning he couldn't complete it the same day—which was understandable. He made several calls to find the paint and ultimately said he'd be able to do the work the next day, Sunday, after picking up the paint from Springfield, Illinois. I even offered to cover his gas expenses, as I respected his effort to go out of his way for us. He said he'd pick up the paint later that day and send a confirmation of the service invoice or contract via text, which never happened. Trusting him based on our hour-long conversation and his decent reviews, I paid him a $350 deposit, with the understanding that I'd pay the remainder once the service was completed. That was my mistake. August 31st came and went, and I never received the confirmation he promised. It's now been 12 days, and not only has he failed to return my money, but he also ignored my calls and blocked me after I called fewer than five times over the span of 48 hours. On September 2nd, Labor Day, he assured me he'd refund the deposit, but to this day, I haven't seen a dime. His behavior has been incredibly unprofessional, and all I asked for was the return of the money he promised when he decided not to complete the service. I can't stress this enough—do not trust this business. If he asks for a deposit, think twice before handing over any money. I’m still uncertain if I’ll ever get my refund, but I’m writing this review to warn others of the risk involved in dealing with this person.

I took my car to get to detailed for the first time and my experience was great. My car was very dirty and had prior stains from vomit. I came across Tony's business and he was very pleasant to work with. He walked me through the pricing which was very reasonable. My car looked spotless once everything was finished. Everything was clean from top to bottom. Even the areas that I was not concerned with were cleaned. I'm very appreciative of his kindness and the service he provided. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Very unprofessional person. Don’t trap in his words. When he will explain how he will fix things you will be amaze and want him to fix your car. My sister recently had bad experience with this shop. We want to support small business but he took money and never completed her car repair. She suggested three of her friends about this shop and now we regret to mouth advertising about this shop. I strongly advise against doing business with this auto detail shop.

I had a great experience! Tony got me in so quickly and did an amazing job. I have two pugs (big shedders) and played rugby since the last time my car was cleaned and by the time Tony was through, there wasn't any pug hairs to be found, let alone any sign of dirt. My car battery ended up dying as I went to leave and Tony helped me jump start it! I thought my car was doomed by this massive stain I got over the weekend. The owner Tony was able to get this grease stain out of my seats like it was nothing. Super appreciative that he was able to squeeze me into his busy schedule. He seriously does pay attention to detail and does a great job at it. Plus, just a solid guy, no sketchy business, and good vibes. Knows his stuff and gets things done fast. And the prices? Totally fair. If I ever need anything else for my car, I know where to go!
